The worst place ever to get a DOT physical done the nurses are very unprofessional the nurses give you the runaround about different paperwork. The nurses also love rescheduling your appointments for any little thing because they overbook appointments. BIG MESS never had such issues getting a DOT PHYSICAL done until I came here very unprofessional.

The customer is last here. They are swamped and never answer the phone. Self service via app and web do no good because you can’t enter a ticket or question. You wait 10 mins inside to find out they are 5 days behind and only put you in que for your prescription when you make a wasted trip or have to wait there for an hour. In the days of automation, I’m not sure how a machine can help them dispense medication reliably and quicker.

Worst pharmacy out of all of the Naples locations. Phone is never answered and when it closes randomly they don't update phones or websites and put a piece of paper on pharmacy window. I also have found some of the pharm techs to be very rude.

This pharmacy is terrible. They are rude and do not communicate. I roped off a prescription and they told me to wait 15 min. After 20 min I went to check to see if it was ready and was told it was out of stock. I was told to come back the next day. Stopped by again to pick it up and was told again it was out of stock again. They said they had 30 pills. I said ok I'll take them. Then told it would be an hour! This is the worst cvs I have been to. Transferring all my meds to another pharmacy

I'm on hold with the pharmacy as I write this review, been roughly an hour now. I have a script for some very important medication and it is set for autofill. On April 10th, the site stated it was in progress and it is now the 18th.. Still in progress..Staff is amazing, if you wait in the drive through or store long enough to talk to someone..*EDIT: Bumped it from a 1 star to 3. Someone finally answered, very kind young woman and she explained that they are behind about a week on refills due to season but do apologize for the wait. My script will be ready for tomorrow*

I put in for a refill on the app, it’s been 4 days and it still hasn’t been filled. I went there yesterday to find out what was going on, lady at the window said it would be ready in 30 min. Still not ready today. Called the pharmacy at 9:06 this morning, still on hold waiting to speak to someone and it is now 9:30. Rethinking which cvs to go to from now on.

The pharmacy staff are always helpful and friendly, but this pharmacy is severely understaffed. Almost impossible to reach anyone on the phone and the wait times to pick up meds are crazy.

Unprofessional service for vaccines. We made two appointments for 6pm for shingles vax. A man called us that afternoon to confirm and said to come to the room on the LEFT and come early.We went at 545, tried to check in (they only had one of our appointments). By 615 and no sign of anyone, we went to the pharmacy counter to find the vax room was the one on the RIGHT.Then it got worse.You sit in a room where he does the shots in full view of everyone waiting. Some old lady was ready to get stuck with a shot of something: we were supposed to sit and watch! Even Publix has a screen to give you some privacy and dignity.So, if you want to be treated like cattle, come get your shots at CVS.I’ve never seen any medical procedure be done so unprofessionally.One star because there’s not an option for zero stars.

Minute Clinic Incompetent. Went there for tetanus shot and antibiotics after an encounter with a palm rat while gardening. Nurse had to use doctor google and ask another nurse what to do. After deciding she didn't know what to do told me to go to the hospital. Clinic should be ashamed of themselves.

Avoid. Pharmacy used to be one of the best in Naples. Now, it is impossible to talk to anyone, and I am very sorry, but paying can take longer than getting a home loan or buying a car due to the CVS "Rewards" card and other self-serving promotional efforts. Worst, seems like a conscious decision has been made to inflate the cost of some medications (always price check) because the corporation is betting on you not taking the time to call another pharmacy, wait a day or 2 for the prescription to be transferred, and just eat the difference. Curious that CVS announced a "9.3% increase in year-over-year Pharmacy Services revenue growth" on 11/03/2021.
