If I could give the drive through window a ZERO, I certainly would. The girl was so rude, so invasive, asking me why I take a certain medication, does my doctor know that I am, how long have I been taking it….seriously? Then the pharmacist (new young white guy w/beard) asks me the same questions. I’m not buying fentanyl or heroin CVS. I’m switching pharmacies due to my ongoing issues with these people. Don’t bother going here, you leave in a foul mood!

Staff refused to take a 6 x 6 x 6 UPS package claiming they had no more space when there was visibly enough space for the package. This has happened twice from the same staff member. So frustrating that we have to drive to the next CVS for the package drop off because this CVS is too lazy to help their local customers.

I’m glad this CVS is near my home . Great customer service, I appreciate the workers are nice and helpful. Things are organized and well stocked, easy to find. Thank you for the coupons and rewards this is why I keep coming back.

Literally just left the store and spent $250 and was treated like crap by the manager who wanted to blame me that the auto checkout wasn’t working with all of the coupons applied. As if that is my problem or I care. if the machines don’t work then stop letting people to use them, and stick your nasty disposition where the sun don’t shine, #22.

Bad customer service 9.25 am and the pharmacy has not opened, its workers are sitting waiting for the doctor to arrive and they answer in a bad way

experience, poor customer service" "I went to this pharmacy expecting professional service, but what I found was the complete opposite. The staff is rude and inattentive, and they seem to have no interest in helping customers. Not only did I have to wait a long time to be served, but when I finally was, the attitude of the employee was one of complete indifference. In addition, they made a mistake on my prescription and showed no hurry to correct it. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone who values good customer service. to people with such little consideration

The service at this pharmacy is terrible. The doctor who works there (a skinny blonde) did not know how to explain to me how some lancets that they sent worked, which incidentally did not match the glucometer that they gave me (the glucometer is from one brand and the lancets from another brand). I also delivered the prescriptions that the doctor gave me and I had to wait 24 hours to pick up the medicines (I understand that part) but when I went to pick them up the next day, the order was not complete and I had to wait another 50 minutes to complete my order while I was 6 people working there.
