Long story short they effed up my mom's blood thinning medication prescription. Said it would be ready at 3pm, two days later it was ready. Luckily the Publix next door was able to help her out.

The Covid shots and Flue shots are not "free" as advertised (see the fine print) for those who are uninsured. The pharmacy rep then gives me this pushy presentation of what I am going to pay. This place is very sad, unprofessional, and insulting.

I have had nothing but bad experiences here they're very unprofessional and whenever I have the doctors in a prescription unless I call them right after the doctor's office and go there in person and bug them all day it takes them a week to fill the prescription even when it's something that's hurried by the doctor because it's important. The people are rude and have no idea what there doing

Over time I’d grown to despise CVS (but not this location, in particular). Especially in 2020-2022 I started dreading the monthly hassle that getting my routine prescriptions filled there had become. So I have to say… since this year it’s truly been like night and day. Getting my prescriptions filled at this CVS has been smooth sailing. All my meds have either been in stock or I’ve been provided an alternative every month of this year. The techs say please and thank you, they’re pleasant, they don’t roll their eyes or act like every customer is a huge imposition.Idk if this CVS location in particular decided to turn things around or if the company finally started losing enough money that they had to prioritize customer experience to survive.I finally feel reasonably confident that the people at this location care about the customers depending on them, and will make reasonable attempts to avoid leaving patients without medication indefinitely.

Much thanks for CVS store associate Diego’s professional and kind service to us today. He was obviously busy with numerous responsibilities throughout this store, but he took the time to help us with photos that were not printing properly.

I just now went through their drive thru, to be treated poorly. First, the lady at the drive-thru acted like it was an inconvenience that I needed my medicine today. She ran my scripts through and told me that my insurance doesn't cover any of them. Very rude. I had to call my insurance and my doctor, just to find out CVS does not take Sunshine medicaid insurance there. All she had to do was tell me that instead of being very rude to me. I'm a disabled single mother, who does not deserve to be treated like that. I would not recommend them for people who have sunshine medicaid or for anything else.

We ordered Paxlovid via an online consultation 4-5 hours ago this morning and at 8:3a we received an email saying it would be ready by 9a. We have a sick mother at home with Covid and the pharmacist was extremely rude when arrived and asked to pick up prescription. We advised her that we were picking up and she said “I don’t have anything ready for you.” We said we were told it would be ready and she replied “who told you that?” And we said “we received an email an hour ago” and she said “well I don’t have it ready and won’t be ready for another couple hours. We just opened 15 minutes ago.” Completely rude and complete disregard for their sick customers. Pharmacist had short brown hair. Never been treated like that and not one other person in the store. All the ladies in the back were working and chatting. Will never go back. Poorly ran pharmacy and need to find more friendly employees .

PHARMACY CLOSES AT 5 NOT 6 ON SUNDAYS!!! Google says that the pharmacy closes at 6pm. But they close at 5. And will shut the gate in the drive-through with cars still in the line at 05:00:00. I spoke to the pharmacist and told him google said that they close at 6. He said as per "CVS LAW" they HAVE to close at 5. All without looking up from his phone.

I feel like they are so out of touch and can’t even say sorry when they tell you a prescription doesn’t have a refills And it did. I call dr and they did a refill on dec 30th for 3 months. I call back the pharmacy and he could even say sorry I didn’t see it or say he messed up. I had another rx same drug but more milgrams. 20 minutes of my time for a guy that can’t read.If you’re new to the area go to Walgreens at least they get it right, you won’t have the has complete hassle you have at CVS. No I’m not disgruntled, I’ve had it with there monthly mess ups in simple prescriptions. And rarely leave a less then 5 star reviewAnd hate doing them however this is well warranted. When I move here 5 starts all the way now. Well you can’t give 0 stars

if you need some simple medication after doctor visit don't use CVS you will end up waiting 5 hours. Use Publix it takes less than 10 minutes. that what happened to me yesterday. i was in pain and cvs told me i cant get my medication till late afternoon. i did cancel my order and went to publix it took about 5 minutes get my med.

Pharmacist Jerry is absolutely horrible. Very rude & does not care about patients. He is so smug & condescending. I cant imagine putting people's conditions at risk all because you lack empathy and refuse to contact the doctor to simply confirm an Rx and rather make the patients do it instead, which is a much more irritating process. (because you just calling would make too much sense.)

I have been getting two prescriptions monthly from CVS for the last 10 years. This month I was told that one of my prescriptions was not available due to a shortage. I called Eli Lilly the manufacturer to check, they said there was no shortage and they had the drug ready to ship. When I called CVS back to tell them they were mistaken, the girl on the phone laughed at me. We will be going to Publix pharmacy from now on, no further shopping at CVS.
