So I just had the pleasure to meeting Mr. Brad on my random trip to CVS and let me tell you…. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE! He was the most incredible, helpful, soft spoken, helps person. Even before you need help, but lordy if you do- he will go all out and not make you feel bad. Best customer service WITH A SMILE, laugher, heart felt experience I’ve ever had. And yes, I’m comparing Mr. Brads personal customer service with my private shoppers at major department stores. Well done sir, well done. ☺️

Avoid if you can... Customer service is non-existent.. and whatever you do don't bother calling for it will take over 30minutes if your lucky to speak to a live person.. attitudes and service is horrible and. In-season is a nightmare... There slow off-season but between December and April is worse if that's possible.. definitely recommend trying a different location.

The pharmacy does not answer the phone. My doctors office tried for 2 days and they never answered.

The old dear that was working check out Friday March 8 around 1130am certainly didn't want to be there. All I heard from her was how tired she was after being off for two days. and what an inconvenience this was having to serve . CVS. Upgrade your employees.

This is absolutely pathetic. My daughter is ASTHMATIC and I been waiting 3 days for her inhaler. I’ll NEVER step foot in this cvs again. Shouldn’t take 3 days to fill a INHALER!!!

Their app sucks. But the store pharmacy people are very helpful and patient. They do their best to get you the discounts and pricing that you need.
