This is absolutely pathetic. My daughter is ASTHMATIC and I been waiting 3 days for her inhaler. I’ll NEVER step foot in this cvs again. Shouldn’t take 3 days to fill a INHALER!!!

Their app sucks. But the store pharmacy people are very helpful and patient. They do their best to get you the discounts and pricing that you need.

It's almost impossible to get anyone from the pharmacy on the phone for one. Secondly, the person I dealt with was rude, and lastly I was told it would take 5 days to fill a prescription. 5 days??? "they were so, so, busy". Went to CVS at Green Tree...filled in 4 hours.

As a shopper of cvs this store is one of my favorites because it's twice the size of the other 2 near my home and I love the cosmetics section. Unfortunately I won't be back as one of their managers named Kelly seeems to think because I spend more than 15 minutes looking at cosmetics .I'm stealing. The last time I came here she came out to my car when I had a private call to take. Today was much like the last time I was here. She was rude to me when I asked her to return some tide pods and Unstoppables that weren't open. She asked if I was returning both? I said umm yes I am. What she fails to realize is I have extremely sensitive skin and allergies to a lot of the fragrances in cosmetics and in detergents. So when I'm looking around and standing around a reading the items I'm not stealing . Today CVS lost my business tho. I am even a reward member in their club that bills me 5.00 a month and I will be cancelling it today. Right as I'm finishing looking around she asks security to call the front and looks at me. It was so classless and when she saw I tested a lipstick she was quick to tell me they have to damage it. Well Kelly don't worry I won't be back. Sorry my allergies cause me to spend too much time looking at your products. If there's one thing I've learned is you can't put a price on your freedom. I would never steal from CVS as I value my reputation above one of your discounted lipsticks. I hope that you in management evaluates how you treat people in the future because my allergies are close to disabilities. Educate yourself on how to treat your customers. I promise you I won't be back to any CVS.

This has to be the most poorly managed pharmacy!!! Forget about communication with this place!!! I've been trying to call for over a week about a problem with the refilling of a script and end up on hold forever. During my last attempt, after being on hold for over 10 minutes, someone picks up the phone and rambles on about how busy they are and puts me on hold before I can even say anything! They should come up with a new system for picking up scripts if they can't handle their volume. Maybe scheduled pickups by appointments since they can't handle customer service. It's just disgusting.

Went to the cvs on Tamiami Trail and Old 41. Horrible experience. Went to the drive thru for my covid testing appointment, checked in, sat at the window for 20 minutes without being told what was going on. I was then told the nurse practitioner signed off on my appointment without me even checking in and they can’t do anything about it. I am supposed to travel at 8pm the next day and this has caused a complete inconvenience. I am beyond upset and frustrated. When I told the lady at the window that I needed to have that test done today which was the whole reason why I set up an appointment in the first place she prompted me to hurry up and make another appointment online because they had to go to lunch in 5 minutes. Mind you I had already been waiting for 20 minutes after I got there at 1:00 pm which was my appointment time. I tried setting up another appointment like she asked but it would not allow me to due to an open appointment on their part. Why would it still be open if the NP “signed off” on it. She then said she would have to call the NP about it and when I asked her if she called she said “no because we are about to go to lunch.” I couldn’t even deal with her anymore and drove off. I don’t know who runs the pharmacy in that store but this is not okay, I should not have to be turned away or hurried up because I’m cutting into their lunch hour when this was a fault on their part. I set up my appointment and registered, showed up at my scheduled time, so I did what I had to do from my part. Instead of them coming up with a solution or taking any type of initiative I kept getting the run around so now I have to find another covid test asap. Just avoid this pharmacy at all costs. They are no help whatsoever. You’re better off going to another location or better yet just go to Walgreens

This is without a doubt the worst pharmacy I have ever used. Requests for refills called in to the wrong doctors, prescriptions filled w.o. my authorization to do so and forget trying to speak to a pharmacist on the telephone.

Stopped at CVS today on the corner of pine ridge and Tamiani trail I'm North Naples to get some water for my home buyers in-between showing houses for sale in the area. They always have the best deals and there is always a cvs near you in Southwest Florida.

It's clear using their brains to save time is not there strong suit. I called to give them my insurance info so that the Rx could be ready when I get there. Too lazy to take the info over the phone. So.... Logging in once and wasting time on the phone to tell me they can't do it, me schlepping to physically walk my info in, waiting or coming back to get it filled it is. Grrrrr Also, a A LOT of annoyed patients. Patient flow is what I do for a living and they are horrible.

After being in the ER all morning, the hospital called in 2 prescriptions for me, while I understand they are busy, there is no excuse for me being on my 4th call to them and waiting for over a half an hour each time and still having no one pick up the phone.Update: To make matters worse, after finally picking up my prescription the prescibed dosage was wrong on the bottle!! These kinds of mistakes can wind up killing someone. Inexcusable.

If you have a problem and need to speak with the pharmacist, forget calling as it takes 10-15 min. for anyone to answer the phone! And, my rx's are often filled incorrectly.
