Absolute disaster over there. No one knows anything, 60 minutes on hold for them to say we have no idea, come in and we can try to figure it out... do not use this location for a pharmacy.

Absolutely horrible place. Terrible avoid like the plague. Had emergency prescriptions called in. They closed during business hours ie 2pm. Reduced to say why. We were then told we had to call other CVS's for help. Called the CVS on Vanderbilt and 41 pharmacist lied and hung up after being inappropriately rude

This was my go-to pharmacy until today. They are grossly understaffed. I returned twice today to pick up my prescriptions. There is only one person in the pharmacy register. The line was around 10 deep both times. I walked out a second time, and will try again tomorrow. This is not an isolated occurrence. It's more the norm. I can't believe the management doesn't notice this, and hire more people.

Only one person to do everything, overwhelmed with all he has to do. Understaffed pharmacy. Please organize better your work force and don't abuse them. You need at least 3 persons in this pharmacy.

Mayday was Very helpful. Went above and beyond to ensure my blood pressure medicine was filled correctly, after it was sent in wrong by my new doctor.She fixed it, then helped me with other questions.Apparently this location seems understaffed, and I observed some frustrated customers. This clearly not the fault of the pharmacist or the staff here. So be patient with them, and you will see they will take care of you.

I live all the way by GOLDEN GATE and still travel to this CVS ON IMMOKALEE because the pharmacy staff goes above & beyond! Eliana is excellent and TRISH goes above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied and is very understanding ..sometimes I can tell they might be under staffed but they keep smiling and make sure things run smoothly..⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Extremely rude and incompetent pharmacy manager, which propagates to further dysfunction of the entire pharmacy team and operation there. My co-pay for a particular medication was $300 when it should have been only $25 because of an insurance data-entry error on the pharmacy part. Switched over to Sam's Club's pharmacy across the street and now properly paying $25, but this CVS was a complete rip-off. When approached about their mistake by us, the consumer, and the medication manufacturer, they refused to take any action to correct it, and instead insulted personally. I can see the rest of the bad reviews are totally justified. Sam''s Club Pharmacy says they have people coming from that CVS all the time, transferring their prescription, because of the incompetence and the humiliation they have faced with at this CVS pharmacy location.

The pharmacy stuff almost never answers calls, you call and the calls will either drop or it takes you to practitioners voice mail, after you have waited for 30 min.

It's unfortunate when you have a pharmacist, Mayday, where customer care is not a consideration or priority. I would choose 0 stars as an option if available. I have received prescriptions practically filled with notes saying what was available without discussing with me or letting me know prior to filling it. They don't answer their phones if your a patient, I suggest calling in as a doctor if you want any hope to speak with anyone, don’t be surprised when they hang up on you. I hope someone reads this and takes my suggestion of never ever going to this location. Mayday, I just hope you realize your negative actions to customers is noticed

Been here many times because close to house. Noone ever makes eye contact or is helpful but that tends to happen often nowadays. Today though I was there 6 minutes before open and the manager is standing in view of door whole time just standing there. Maybe waiting for something, giving benefit of the doubt. Opens the door at 2 minutes to 8, says we open in 2 minutes. Closes the door and locks it. LOL can't make this up. I left
