Sally Bertsch was my first contact @ GMC/Buick. She was outstanding & thorough. Way better than working with an AI bot online! She guided me through the whole process, and made the best recommendations coming out of my XT6. I was hesitant on making the switch, but Sally made me feel confident in my decision. She connected me with Gregg in sales. He was kind, not pushy, knowledgeable and so easy to work with. They both made my car purchasing easy and I am thrilled I went with the new Buick Enclave.

Chris, Gary, and Kim in the service department are always a pleasure to work with! They kept me updated throughout the entire process and made sure I had a great loaner car during the 3–4 weeks my vehicle was waiting for a back-ordered part. Had a scheduled appointment but still needed to leave car overnight which was inconvenient since we only have one car- felt we had to initiate the calls to get information on progress of repair
DEVOE did offer a free Uber & we were able to have our car by 2:00 on 2nd day
Overall good work & customer interaction was polite

My service advisor Gary was very good ,but a little disappointed they could not find the leak. I appreciate the uber ride home and back. The car when picked up was washed and vacuumed. Thank you.
