I had a malfunction light on my 2021 XT5 dash on Friday night. I showed up at the Service Desk at DeVoe Cadillac at 8 AM on Saturday. I expected to get a loner because it was weekend. SVENJA was at the desk and immediately ascertained the problem was the thermostat. She told me it would take a while to fully diagnose and fix the problem. It took about 3 hours but she kept me informed several times during the wait. SVENJA seems very knowledgeable, experienced, communicative and extremely pleasant. I really feel comfortable with the whole atmosphere, sales, customer support and attitude of the DeVoe Cadillac. I also enjoyed 2 cups of your delicious coffee latte!

My second purchase and i had several issues with this one. The car needed batteries in the tires for pressure management. The second issue was a thermostat failure that needed to be replaced. The car only has 35000 miles on it. I was very concerned about the expense and Benjamin Brewster went the extra mile and contacted GM. They covered the repair in full. Thanks to him

Great experience, Ken in the Business Office looked after the paperwork and was very pleasant to deal with. The Salesman Paul explained everything I needed to know. I would recommend DeVoe for your vehicle buying, I felt that from start to finish I was treated with respect and transparency.

I have to give a round of applause to the DeVoe staff. I love my new Lyriq. I am new to the EV scene and wasn’t sure at first, but the DeVoe sales staff was very informative and I am extremely happy with my purchase. Thanks again for being so professional. BEWARE UPDATE!!!!!! My beautiful Escalade had a an issue with is engine so I took it to Williamson Cadillac Miami. I was quoted $12,000 for repair or $14,000 for new motor !
What the hell I have only had the car a year and have only driven 3000 MILES! So I called Devow and was told “WE DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH IT” no I did not get an extended warranty. The fact that Devie does not back any cars they sell is ridiculous ,would not even take the call!
So when Devoe is selling you car they are awesome and even convince you to write and amazing Google review when you are on you car buying “high” as with most it’s all smoke and mirrors and once you pay they forget you exist!
Was not worth the drive should have stayed in Miami !
