This place is a fraud!!! They ruined my designer clothes and refused to reimburse me! They accused me of washing my clothes while my clothes still had their paper tag stapled on the garments!!! They are liars and frauds!!! They give you a ticket without a price and then when you pick up the clothes you get an outrageous bill where they demand you pay in order to pick up your items!!! Beware of this unprofessional horrible business!!! The owner and his wife are horrible!!! I would never ever step foot in there again!!!!

They took amazing care of my wedding dress and 4 formal gowns with tons of sequins and beads. I trust them completely with my most valuable clothing. Thank you SO much

Have been using Diamond Cleaners for a few years. Always does a nice job! Especially my Hawaiian shirts. Better than other cleaners I have tried in the area. Also appreciate the water based non chemical process.

When it came to resolving a problem , customer service was very rude and not respectful at all. I was a loyal customer for 3 years and this was my last time using this cleaners. 3 of my items were damaged at the cleaners , and rather than say sorry , we will try to work out this problem, mr Denise was very rude and disrespectful to me . He told me that they never saw my dress and number on label wasn’t from their dry cleaners... and of course he raised his voice on me . This already happened twice before. I paid money for my damaged items , and been treated in disrespectful way ... There are plenty of good dry cleaners around where they appreciated and remain respectful to their clients.Today I went to pick up my very last items and wanted talk to owner about damaged piece - they refused to talk to me about because I posted review. I was pretty surprised how owner answered to my review . So much lies . They never want admit their faults. For them is a piece of cloth only - for clients can be hundred of dollars what they paid for . Also , he wrote were stains - they were damages from iron . I had 3 times problems there with Damages.Terrible, poor , unprofessional attitude!!! Such a shame .

WARNING! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I dropped off a Balenciaga jacket which was never returned to me. A $1,600 jacket!! The owner laughed at me on the phone when I told him I was going to have to find another dry cleaner for my personal AND business clothing. He also said I had an opportunity to say something when I picked up and should have counted when I dropped off. I didn't realize until a day or so later when I went to wear it. I would like to go to a dry cleaner that I trust. I am much too busy to have to constantly count my items I am leaving. Also, I own a women's clothing boutique so I used them quite often. They offered me NOTHING. I am so angry - I have posted on social media so all of my 4,000+ followers/customers know. I will continue because I don't want anyone to have the same experience I had.

As an elite, I advise loud and clear.....Do NOT go here unless you want to be treated badly, spoken to like you're a useless human, and have your garments ruined. I had dropped off a pair of silk pants to be dry cleaned and upon getting them back I realized they had snagged the fabric and cause quite a deformity in my new silk joggers. I called the company and spoke with the owner who said he'd be there til I arrived, and I said I wouldn't be there til afternoon. He said ok.... so when I arrived at 4pm I was surprised to hear the owner wasn't in. Then the employee asked me to again leave my pants, and the owner would be back Thursday and call me. As you can imagine, I was not comfortable leaving my pants with them due to their previous negligence, and asked to speak to the owner. The employee, who was insanely combative, called the owner and put me on the phone with him, and he proceeded to tell me how I need to leave my pants if I want have any resolution. Hmmmm. Not any kind of way to assist a client who's clothes you've ruined. Anyway, after dealing with an owner who told me "not to expect resolution" I was pretty much done with this place. The icing on the cake was when I told them they were basically brand new, the employee demanded I come with a receipt "including price and date"......... really? So I should go digging because you cannot provide accurate service without damaging items? That's a new one. When I questioned why they couldn't just look it up, he then essentially accused me of lying about the cost because I didn't wanna attempt to find a receipt for pants I bought from The Kooples months ago but wore only once The whole interaction was out of a bad horror movie. Super sad on all accounts. So bazaar, considering all I wanted was customer service, not money! If they would have just said "sorry this happened it never should have, let us look into it" I would have said ok and called it a day. Most companies would say hey bring something showing a cost for these or well look it up online. Not behave in an accusatory manner and demand the client do all the work. This place honestly sucks and I'd rather eat the cost of buying new expensive silk pants, rather than deal with these hateful humans ever again. Businesses like this have no place in Naples, an ever growing and evolving town focused on superb service.

I had my wedding dress dry cleaned here. They threw out my garment bag and refused to replace or reimburse me for it, claiming it was “trash” which is absolutely ridiculous, as the man I spoke to changed his story several times. Their complete lack of interest in helping solve the issue will have me taking my business to a dry cleaners with a better reputation, as I’ve seen a few reviews from customers of theirs items being damaged or stolen and not replaced. A simple replacement bag could have solved this simple issue.
