This is the most organized store I've seen around. There was a line, and Maria was very nice, she opened an extra register.

Horrible store, horrible customer service. Heather cashier is not only rude, but expects customers to do her job.

The only reason I’m giving two stars is for the sweet red/brunette cashier. She had glasses on. She was so kind and helpful. Without her I would wish I could give zero stars due to the manager on duty. The manager (short, larger man with gray hair and goatee looking facial hair) was SO incredibly rude to the not only the customers but his staff member. He was standing at the door watching every move she made, granted she’s trying to check out all the people in line that was easily 7 parties deep. He swore under his breath, critiquing and criticizing her for not moving faster. He could have easily moved to a register and assisted if he was so worried about getting out of the store at closing time. I was repulsed by his behavior. He did not wear a name tag (the cashier did), which I assume is so people can’t include his name in the review like I would have.

the staff here is so patient and helpful. The store is aways organized and clean. When i can’t find something a team member always helps me.

This is the worst dollar tree! Never stocked , always feels dirty. Half the time they just leave the cases of merchandise on the floor and if you want it you have open the case, or dig for it

I came into this disaster of a store few days ago. Like may others, I have picked up crafting from the Dollar Tree online. There was this woman pretending to be busy restocking the holiday wall. I asked her about several things to which she responded, we're all gone. She shared with me her sales for the day and a few other things a manager should know.I went to take a look anyway and to my horror the first three aisles were blocked by overflowing shopping carts full of inventory. I had to move the carts to one side so some other people and myself could shop. It looked like a bomb went off.I found everything I asked her for that she said was out of stock. The manager should have went and checked her inventory before telling me inaccurate information. She was too lazy to do anything to help the customers or help the company make money. FINALLY, after I spent about an hour getting carts in a row on each aisle a lady showed up. She was an organization machine. Myra or Maria (sp). She actually cares about her store and the customers.Your company has raised your prices twenty-five percent.1.) Rhonda is no manager and doesn't lead by example. Demote or fire her.2.) Promote Myra / Maria (sp). I watched her while I was there and she is a hard worker. I don't think she would ask anyone to do something she wouldn't do.3.) You raised our prices. The $100.00 I spent is $25.00 more than I spent last year. Hire some quality people who care about the job because they feel valued. Minimum wage is offensive. Pay a living wage.4.) Pay your management more and they will build a quality team. What you are doing is changing the customers more and giving us below par customer service. Twenty-five percent is a lot when you account that quarter for every item you sell.I will shop in the locations that are shoppable.Me, your customer had to send about a full hour just to start shopping. This is not acceptable in any business. I'm paying more and have to organize your store to spend more money for the same stuff from last year.If the district manager or regional manager do not find this appalling, you are in the wrong business.****The woman working in the picture attached is °Myra or Maria, I didn't bother her because I could see she had her hands full.° The store manager was doing nothing more than pretending to work.****

Seems the problems start at the top. I have placed several calls to corporate and also emailed and here we are 2 weeks later and no response. I'm in leadership and this is completely unacceptable.

I was in the store and the line was going down the aisle. There was only one cashier open. The manager, Heather was at another register with the light off. And instead of taking the next customer from the long line she was allowing people to just walk straight up to her register. So I asked her, are you open? She immediately gave me attitude. I said, if you’re open you should probably turn your light on and take the next person from the long line. Again she gave me a snarky response so I dropped it. However, as I was walking out the door I hear her make a comment to another customer in reference to me. She said “some people”. So I turned around and I said to her really? Some people? Perhaps if you knew how to do your job as a manager and take the next customer in line I wouldn’t of had to bring it to your attention. Hannah walked out. I am currently on hold with dollar tree corporate to file a formal complaint. They need to teach their managers not only how to de-escalate situations, but how not to caused them in the first place by their poor management. I highly recommend going to the dollar tree on Immokalee where the manager is John. Extremely professional and efficient

This store is centrally located in town and a great place to buy all of your home essentials and cleaning products. It is a large store with a lot of space to find some treasures. Don't go to the other local stores for your household needs until you have shopped Dollar Tree first. You will definitely save money and make your families budget go much further.

Lovely service today (06/02/22) from staff. Store is still a hot mess, presumably because they can’t get staff to restock shelves, but the service was really nice.

Place is always dirty and disgusting. All the restocking boxing are ALWAYS blocking every single isle so you can’t even walk through or even shop because you can’t get to what you need. Use to love this place. Going down bad. Restock when you’re closed. Not when people are trying to shop. Do better.
