Weird staff, the sales lady asked me if I was at all familiar with Eileen Fisher style of clothing after trying on a sweater that was impossibly too large, she told me 3 times if I wanted a smaller size she “would have to go upstairs” Oh no don’t go out of your way for a cashmere sweater sale, then she finds out I’m in the store register and have been for years and I live in the neighborhood. Don’t ever judge your clientele you will always lose a sale. Bad energy in this store

Helpful staff. They arevhPpy to order something in your size if not in stock. Need to have more sales items at this location but always find something comfortable n cute.

I shop the Eileen Fisher Store in Naples, FL regularly and have always had the best experience, without exception. The staff and store is the quality you would expect from Eileen Fisher.

I am a regular Eileen Fisher shopper and specifically wanted a piece that I purchased at Saks Fifth Avenue in Atlanta. The woman working there insulted me by saying they don't carry the long sleeve silk tee anymore and I must have gotten it at their OUTLET STORE ( I didn't). I told her I got it at Saks Fifth Avenue in Atlanta since we don't have an Eileen Fisher store in Atlanta. What Eileen Fisher associate could have done: Get to know your products and suggest an alternative, instead I walked out and bought nothing. When I walked in the store, she gave me the whole spiel about "the future is female". If that's true, here's some advice: do not insult your loyal clientele who are looking for a specific piece. That's not "women supporting women" or "the future is female", it's bullying and poor customer service. It's hypocritical to put something in your advertising, then to push your clientele out the door.
