The service was great, but I chose and paid for a Chevrolet Tahoe and received an Infinity QX80. There was already something similar in the parking lot but was given an Infinity with almost no gas. The vehicle was difficult to drive and in the back of the car, it had a bad smell. The GPS was quite confusing as well.

Mgr. "Bryn" is the new Top Gun at Marco. Outstanding service - she had my vehicle waiting for me at the Marco Island Executive Airport on a Sunday! No hassles - no hits, no runs, no errors! Vehicle was impeccably clean and ready to roll!

The customer service was horrendous. The lady was rude and unhelpful. We have a rental with service lights on and they offered zero support. She basically stated there is nothing she can do and it wasn't her problem. I am shocked by the level of unprofessionalism exhibited by this branch. I have used Enterprise for numerous occasions and have never witnessed such disregard for customers. The lady with long dark hair was exceptionally rude and unkind. So happy to be spending my last day of vacation making phone calls about a car that Enterprise should be making.

Horrible customer service. Booked a luxury car and received a Centra. I was told "it's not my fault the booking had an error". With the way he handled the customer service and the people waiting in the lobby it seemed like this is a regular occurrence.

Inconvenient, a hassle and a complete lack of customer service. I returned my Enterprise Rent-a-Car on 7 October 2020, during their normal hours of operation, only to find their office closed. A sign posted outside said something like, "Wait here." I dropped the keys to the vehicle in their "lock box." The following day, I received the bill in my email to find Enterprise charged me for an extra day. To date, they have offered no help in correcting their error. I'll never use their lock box again, but it's difficult when dealing with an office frequently closed during their stated hours of operation. Caveat emptor.

My son made a reservation and received a confirmation to rent a car to visit his father on his birthday. When he called for pickup to get the car he was advised there was no car available despite his reservation. The whole staff at this location were rude to the point of hanging up several times. The female agent lied saying the manager was not there when he had seconds before hung up on us. Everyone's attitude was filled with platitudes and unconcern about the situation. No one called to advise there would be any problem getting a vehicle so we could try to make other plans. When asked for the number to corporate offices the manager and female staff advised it was not there responsibility to get the number I could Google it. When I requested the female agent's name and that of the manger so I could make a complaint I was hung up on. I will never use this company or recommend them to anyone. Anyone who uses them is liable to be left high and dry.

I have been using them for years Never had a problem It is a small office and delays are expected in season They are very helpful They always call after the rental to insure we were satisfied with the rental when we drop the car off after hours or at the Marco airport we never had a problem with the charges We highly recommend the agency and Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Reserved a vehicle for just 1 day with a 3PM pick up. Was late from a business meeting, called about 6 but they were already closed. Arrived the next morning at 8:20AM and no car. In fact they didn't have any cars. Was told they didn't have my phone number to call me (which is a lie since it's in their computer) and they indicated it would be about noon before they would have one (lie #2 as the person in front of me was told it would be 2PM before they had a car). Called Hertz on Marco and they had a car for me. Very disappointed in the handling of this. Completed a survey upon my return home and never heard from anyone. I thought reserving a car meant they hold the car, especially since they were given my credit card at time of booking weeks prior

Had a reservation for a car. Showed up at 12:15 on a Saturday, told they were already closed and that they had NO cars. No phone call to inform me they were closing at 1200. The person at the desk was rude and said they didn't have any cars anyway and he was in a rush to get home. If you're in Marco Island, spend the extra money and Uber to Hertz in Naples.
