They opened early and had my car ready very fast. The gentleman who helped me was thorough but very fast. I ended up with an upgrade. Another associate got the car ready and he was also very friendly and showed me all the features. Great experience!

Great service mostly. All went very well except for the XM radio that was never turned on even after I called to report the problem. They did take it off the bill, but terrestrial radio still sucked for the week

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience at this location. Was rented a car from a different location on Saturday 12/30/23 that has grinding breaks and the drivers front tire whistles with every rotation. After not being able to drive the vehicle until 1/2/24 due to it being unsafe and unable to switch vehicles out because the locations were closed for the holiday, I was told on 1/2/24 to bring the car to this location and switch the vehicles out. I had to wait to do so until after I got off work. Arrived at 4:56 (they close at 5pm, I had gotten there as fast as I could safely go) After waiting a few minutes for an employee to show up (along with a customer that was there before me) I was asked by Johnny (who I later found out was the manager) what I was there for. When I explained why I was there, he did not bother looking anything up, just told me he hadn’t received anything in regards to me switching the vehicle out. I left, believing this man. After calling Enterprise customer service, they advised they did in fact send over the information and Johnny just didn’t bother looking anything up.This manager was more concerned with getting the customer infront of me and myself out of the store so he could leave, than for customer safety. He did not care that the car I was rented is unsafe, with the breaks being so bad and god knows what making the front wheel whistle. I could understand not wanting to work late, but sometimes that happens. Especially when customer safety comes into play.I did call to try and make a complaint, Johnny actually answered and advised he was the manager. Since making a complaint to the same person the complaint is about is useless, I did ask how I could speak to an area manager. He said to call corporate. I asked if he had a number for me to call and he told me to ‘google it.’Johnny provided the absolute WORST customer service I have ever received from any Enterprise location I have ever rented from.

All was okay except for the fact that I did not have a credit card. I chose to use my debit card. I was made to feel like a second class citizen because I did not have a credit card. Not good. If this policy continues I will be looking for a company that does accept cash payments. I think your organization needs to find a better way of managing whatever risk you are trying to manage by insisting that people pay with a credit card. Besides isn't there a cost associated with processing transactions with a credit card that does not exist with debit card processing?

Worst customer service received at an Enterprise. Reserved a minivan for 12/22/23-12/28/23. Received a call from David on 12/18 telling us that there was a "recall" on all minivans and they didn't have a car for us. That's it. No help. Nothing. Called back and spoke to Erika (manager) who said there was nothing that could be done and I should try the airport (at least 30% more).
