The staff, nurse Jenny, and the doctor were all very nice and took care of me. We had to evacuate from Tampa Bay area during hurricane Helene and needed care and they were very accommodating and professional. I wish they were in my town.

The staff here is amazing and patient. Pam, Ivon, Paul , Carlos and everyone behind the front desk, They will treat you with care and support . I’m insured with UnitedHealthcare and did not have to pay a copay. Worth the wait to be treated fast ! If anything were to happen and I need urgent care I know I’d come back to this specific facility. Great people

I’m in Naples on vacation for the summer and had been sick for a few weeks. I don’t like going to new doctors, however, I needed to and this location had good reviews. I was impressed by the level of care, kindness, and explanations about charges before getting any tests done. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I’ve recommended this location to others. Thank you for your help when I needed it!

I can’t say enough nice things about this facility!! The staff is welcoming, efficient and professional, and Dr. Rosenfield is top-notch. He is knowledgeable and professional, and most of all, he listened and never made me feel rushed. As snowbirds, we don’t have a physician in Naples, but I would not hesitate to return to ER Quick Care if the need arises. This facility and staff are fantastic!!
