Today I had an emergency due to a needed Television by a handicap member of our family. We contacted Express Video after being highly recommended by a well known Naples appliance and Television company. Express Video assured us they would come today. After a few minutes after the call our Television became reset
I called Express Video back and thanked them for professional courtesy.
I highly recommend this Television service company.

Luis is a very knowledgeable and pleasant tv repairman.
He diagnosed what was wrong with my smart tv over the phone and ordered the necessary parts. He arrived within a few days (right on time), and within an hour my big screen tv was up and running like brand new!
I would recommend Luis (Express TV repair) to anyone whose tv was in need of service!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Not only did he quote me one price and try to charge me a totally different price once he arrived, but he tried to charge me a core charge and wouldn't leave the old parts as well. He used my white coach and chairs and ottoman as his work bench with no protection. He than threatened me that if i didn't pay in 10 minutes he was going to leave and take the parts with him that i already paid for, which is exactly what he did and left my television on the floor and our furniture with stains
actually my wife and i just watched the video from our living room camera because er were not at the home because he came a different day than we agreed to and he used our bar stool as his step ladder and stood on our entertainment center to get the television down from the bracket. totally unbelievable!!!

I searched the internet to find a business to service my tv in the Lanai. Luckily, I found Luis and was very satisfied with his repair of my very expensive TV. He will always be my go to person if I need a tv repair. I am recommending him to all my friends here in Naples!

Express Video was contracted by Sony to warranty repair my TV. They were very communicative. They had to order multiple parts. When the repair was complete they sent me a picture showing the active screen.

Has to be the worst experience with a technician I have ever had in my life. He is rude and inconsiderate also a spiteful person. He came to my home to repair a lg tv under warranty which he ordered the panel after I sent him videos of what was happening. Waited a week to get the panel he came on a Saturday with a women in the car. Looked at my TV which had a Intermisscent issue said it was fine. I got upset and said you knew this issue doesn't happen all the time . He said he had to see it while he was there. Told me I was yelling which I wasn't just upset that he refused to repair and he called LG and told him it was fine. I called lg worked with a great rep he tried to call Luis to setup another repair he never picked up the phone. I eventually called Luis which he told me I had to get another ticket made to repair the TV. LG reissued the repair ticket Luis then denied the repair and told me to find someone else and sent the panel back to lg. I understand that I got upset when he was in my home when he denied the repair but he was rude and also asked for money to help with just moving the TV on that job. Which LG tells me he should never do. This man deserves to lose his LG certication. Worst experience I have ever had now i have to wait another 2 weeks or longer to get the TV fixed.

I called with a question on my Sharp TV. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. When asked for a quote he did the research and let me know. Did not give me the run around and did not try to up sell, he gave me an his honest opinion on whether or not it was worth the cost of repairs. 10 of 10 will use agian when I need repairs on anything else.

Good service and very creative when it comes to solving unusual problems. Can only recommend. But call in advance if he is in the shop as emergency calls might force him not to be present on a short notice.

The owner was rude , pushy, impatient , insulting unprofessional. I would never recommend this company and this guy for any kind of service , go somewhere else.
