I loved my experience at Fantastic Sams! The receptionist and the stylist were welcoming and friendly. Tonya was the stylist and she was so amazing! I had read on prior customers reviews that Tonya was great and they were right. She was kind and talented. She listened and advised. I doubt you could get a better cut anywhere!I highly recommend this Fantastic Sams and Tonya in particular.Thank you!

I went to get full highlights where it says $95 online but when I went in they tried to tell me it was $175 because my hair was less than an inch past my shoulders. Elma gave me an attitude as well so I left.

My hairstylist was Tanya…Tanya I just want to say you have changed my life. You are a genuine person. You took such great care of me. I had a person from 2003 - 2010 …then they went out of business. For 13 years I have had numerous experiences that left me sad. You gave me everything I had been hoping and searching for this past decade.You are now my person, I’m not really hard to please. I just want my hair guru to HEAR ME. You made me cry today because you gave me that and delivered. I have spent 2-3 times the amount Fantastic Sams charges and have been sorely disappointed…for 10 years. I’ve had to chop my hair off when I have been trying to grow it long because others haven’t cared. You got me the minutes we consulted before you did anything. You were so kind as to my insecurities, anxiety and my own self judgement. I love your culture, you are my person. I love my hair and that’s a HUGE accomplishment…Thank you so much!All you people thinking you need to pay $200 plus are really missing out.However, there’s one thing I would like to say; the price is priceless…BUT! tip your hairdresser , verbal compliments don’t pay the bills.I’m a professional waitress and I put my money where my mouth is!Service: Hair highlighting

I have had 3 different stylists cut my hair, and each one has done an excellent job. When I book an appointment there’s never a wait. No frills, but I’m always in a hurry and not looking for a place to hang out. No need to break the bank for a cut, unless you just like to brag about how much you spend.

I would have preferred a tapered rounded edge around the back instead of a box cut, but I should have made that clearer to Denise. Otherwise, excellent cut and good conversation.

The name of the salon is fantastic Sam's my experience was fantastic Especially with the Beautician named Krista she listened she knew exactly what she was doing and when she was Finished I definitely walked out feeling BEYOND FANTASTIC ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER ?

This is the worst ever salon. They cheat people. Give a price over the phone when booking the appt, then give another price while washing hair and then hike the price up even higher while blow drying. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Now I understand why it is a franchise salon.
