Poor experience. Employee was clueless about operating the weight scale. 3 lb box but their scale continued to show 12 lbs and he had no answers. Told him I'd return when the scale worked, but of course I will not.

Don’t trust this place with your documents. The clerk was not helpful and was difficult to understand. The person in front of me also walked out.

This place is awful. After waiting forever and no one behind the counter but three other people just hanging out, I asked one of the three if anyone works here. After she rolled her eyes, she called for someone and a guy came out from the office. Absolutely no customer service, it was hard to understand him, and I believe I was told they couldn’t ship FedEx even though they are listed as an authorized shipper. I would not recommend this place at all.

Entered this establishment on 10/21/24 to FEDEX OVERNIGHT extremely important papers. The man behind the counter was impressed by his phone more than to greet me. Upon NOT seeing any FedEx OVERNIGHT Envelopes I asked. He DID NOT KNOW WHERE THEY WERE AT. After rummaging thru drawers, he found one. Asked for paperwork to fill out, he DID NOT KNOW WHERE THEY WERE AT. Absolutely amazing. Whoever manages or owns this store should be repremanded and or fired for putting a business in less than capable hands. If I could give it a lower rating i would.

I agree with other reviews. Bad customer service!!I hope owner reads the reviews and improves service. Today I walked in to drop off small package but it needed 12 " of tape to close box (equal to 12 cents expense). He did not provide it. As a business owner myself I tried to explain that the small piece of tape will win a the customer for the future but he started arguing that why should I use my tape. He said 200 people asking for tape is not acceptable. My suggestion was 200 customers X 12 cents = $ 24.00 investment which will make 200 very happy customers that will come back. I will never come back and hope nobody else experiences bad service.

Worse customer service ! I call to ask a question about a drop off the First Lady that answer the phone did not have no idea what I was talking to her , I just ask her what location I could pick up miss drop off, she did not know ! She pass the phone to the manager I think he’s name is Charles that what he told me, also rude No customer service ask him the same question he said he does not know ! That’s only shipping no receiving?! If your name as fedex company is on your window and page why as a manager of a store don’t have knowledge of other warehouses or business! Like the computer does not show tracking and shipment from other stores to be able to know what warehouse is which …. Like I said worse customer service Charles !
