Kenley was the person who took care of me and he did a great job. I had gone to UPS at Pelican Bay Market place first and they were so rude that I walked out. In addition UPS wanted to charge me $69 to send a letter to arrive in two days. When I walked out and went to FEDEX, Kenley gave me two choices. I could send to arrive in two days for $26 or to arrive on Monday for $10. I have no idea how UPS stays in business but FEDEX (Airport and Vanderbilt Beach rd) just earned a new customer and UPS lost a long time customer.

Super unhelpful staff. I’d ordered a project through Canva. It clearly did not print out correctly and was passed bleed lines, even though those were preset in Canva. The format that the store receives I guess is a little bit different than what you can see using the software. The associate did not offer to reprint for me. Did not offer any sort of solution. Just said I should contact Canva. Terrible customer service will not be back.

Amazing workers! I came in to get items for my wedding invites and rsvps cut and they helped me right away. They confirmed all the sizes multiple times and were so amazing and helpful! I went to the other location on Neopolitan and they were rude and told me they couldn’t help me for several hour even thought I was the first person in there right when they opened! I will definitely be coming back here for all my cuts!!

OUTSTANDING! Placed an order across the street at UPS store the day before for color copies. Arrived in the morning to be told, Sorry our color printer is down, but here are some black and white copies. No refund. Walked in here. The AMAZING customer service person made the color copies on the spot...making us on time for our presentation!

I had a very complicated shipping and Priscilla was INCREDIBLE! Extremely patient, running from computers to printers to help me while responding with “My pleasure!” as I repeatedly thanked her for fixing my issue!!! This FedEx is far and above our favorite!!!

This location is fantastic! I always come to this location to see Connor and staff. I drive past other stores just to come to his location. They treat me like I’m a person and make me feel welcomed every time I come in.
