The lady they recommended when I booked appointment was definitely new to hair services. She had to step away a few times and once stepped away because she cut her finger as she was cutting my hair. My daughter also same day had an equally bad experience. The salon on entering reeked of chemicals. What a horrid horrid experience.

Alex was amazing she took her time did full head highlights that I was nervous about I had not had them before, she also made me feel pampered and gave me a great haircut and stlye.II will go back to her. I recommend her highly I was very happy!

I have enjoyed receiving styling services at Felix Andrew Salon Bamboo Pine Ridge for several years. It is a very comfortable environment and I love the Aveda products. My stylist, Ceyde has been a joy to work with. She is great with color, and works beautifully with my fine, thin hair. I truly enjoy the time spent in her chair. She is always very professional and provides a relaxing and friendly experience.

Cedey did a fabulous job cutting and styling my curly hair from a long bob to a cute short cut . She took her time determining which way my hair curled and then showed my how I can style it myself.

Ceyde keeps everything well-organized and clean at her salon. She was compassionate and understood my hair concerns and issues thoroughly. She provided me with the best hair wash for my sensitive scalp. I haven’t seen any split ends since a month after the haircut. I strongly refer her to anyone with damaged or thinning hair.
