If you are looking to remodel or build a new home this is the place to go! The showroom is absolutely spectacular and has so many products I never even realized existed. The quality is above and beyond what big box stores offer! I absolutely love this place and will be returning as we continue to remodel our home.

Purchased over $30k of items for a remodel. The toilet, which sat on my garage floor untouched for six months due to cabinet delays, was broken and not usable. The unopened box showed no signs of damage. Ferguson would not replace or offer any help.

Ferguson plumbing and appliances is a one-stop-shop for all of my client's interior design needs for their remodel or new build projects. One of the first purchases we assist our interior design clients with is appliances and plumbing so it is very important we set the stage for the client experience here. We absolutely love their new showroom, and the knowledge of their associates is impressive. We work mostly with Caryn (she literally handles anything we throw at her with grace), Nicole (the most impressive appliance salesperson you can imagine) and Rosemarie (our plumbing expert who knows it all!), but when they are not available, we know we are always in good hands! You never feel pressured and always are allowed to create the experience you feel is best for your client. I highly recommend this location and Ferguson, of course!

Beautiful showroom; underwhelming customer service. My husband visited the showroom and complained about the customer service ( or lack of). I visited the showroom with him the following day and I swear we were wearing cloaks of invisiblity!! With the exception of the receptionist at the door, the sales representatives walked past us, not even acknowledging our presence. When we exited there were 5 employees at the door, no one spoke. Horrible customer service!

Of course, the products are amazing and Ferguson works with the best vendors but the customer service at this location is superior to my past experiences. Finished all 3 bathrooms and making plans for the kitchen!
We were recently invited for a private event with course dinner and wine pairing, LOVELY! It's the details that keep us coming back.
Thank you to Joia and her team for a wonderful customer service experience. Wish other brands catered their customers more!

Mostly kitchen appliances and faucets. Not much for lighting. Walk through all of the store. If you want to go and shop and not be bothered by a salesperson, this is your place. We were never acknowledged by an employee.
