Mostly kitchen appliances and faucets. Not much for lighting. Walk through all of the store. If you want to go and shop and not be bothered by a salesperson, this is your place. We were never acknowledged by an employee.

There is no customer service here! I have come into the showroom 3 times and never has there been someone available to assist. When we asked for help the receptionist stated we don’t have anyone available. Once ok. Two times ok. Three times writing this review to let other people know that this place has no one to help customers figure out anything. Take your business elsewhere.

Staff acted as if I was an interruption to their day rather than the reason they have a job. The lady was condescending because my rental property needed the Viking 3 series. I will never go back. The team at Mullet Appliance was amazing!

The sales person was not interested in taking care of us. When I approached him, I felt as if I was bothering him ( he was talking with the receptionist).Spent some time with him. He was supposed to send us quotes and information regarding our SubZero appliances. Never followed up.Pitifull…..

I went to the Naples showroom at 38 Goodlette- Frank Rd. to see the shower systems. I liked one of them but wanted to know if the hand shower head could be changed to the one I liked better. One of the female salespersons asked me if I needed help. I asked the question but she said she was busy attending other customers who wanted to buy a sink. She directed me to Matt at the front desk. Matt was sitting at the desk surfing the Internet. I asked for his help but he stated he could not leave the front desk. I offered to show him the picture of the system on my cell phone. He asked " And who directed you to me?" I answered : " Your coworker. She said you were taking care of walks in" . He stated: Oh no, no absolutely no". so I walked out of the store saying " You are very "friendly" at Ferguson.I felt that the customer service was really awful. Either the showroom should have a person dedicated to walk ins or it should be closed and available only by appointment. I work with Cornerstone on my bathroom and all the fixture are supposed to be bought through Ferguson. I will ask if we can change the supplier for the bathroom lights, mirrors, sinks, sink hardware as well shower system. I prefer not ever to do business again with your company.

The rudest store I've ever been in. This is my second time going and I've been totally ignored twice. Terrible experiencing and horrible customer service. After reading other reviews I realized I'm not the only one this has happened to.

Went in today to buy a washer/dryer, fridge , all the lighting in my new home and an outdoor grill/ kitchen set up. Not one person would speak to me . Literally was ignored by EVERY SINGLE Person.

The fact that I want to rebuild a complete indoor and outdoor kitchen (about $60,000 in equipment) it would be nice to be open more than half of Saturday and not at all on Sunday. I will take my business elsewhere.
