I had a very good experience using your chat system to fill my tank after my generator had been operating for several days during Hurricane Ian. The representative was very responsive and helpful! Thank you, Curt Shaw

Ferrellgas did a great job keeping us fueled during Ian recovery. We were ten days without power and couldn't have made it without our generator, which Ferrell did a great job keeping filled as needed. So grateful for their communication and service!

Prior to hurricane Ian I had full propane tanks. I had no experience in the rate of usage since my generator is only 3 years old. So when the hurricane hit, knocking out internet, cell, as well as ten power surges in close proximity that blew the battery in my generator, I was literally in the dark. That evening the generator people got the battery replaced and I discovered the usage was about 12% per day. At that point I attempted to contact Ferrellgas to get on a refill list before I ran out…….NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONES…No emergency crew was set up to handle calls or messages or texts or emails…… in spite of many attempts, no one bothered to get back to me. SERVICE??? Forget it! You’re on your own. I finally emailed an employee who had helped me in the past and I believe he was instrumental in getting a truck to my home… 13 days after the storm!!SO TAKE A GOOD GUESS ON HOW SATISFIED I AM WITH FERRELLGAS!!!

Ferrellgas was suppose to monitor my propane level and I'm on automatic refill. They were in my neighborhood on Sunday 5 days after loosing power. I spoke to the driver, but I was not on the list. I was at 25% and should have been on the list. He told me to call Ferrellgas and have them call him to add me to the list. They were closed on the weekend. REALLY!?!? We just went through the worst natural disaster in Florida history and you take the weekend off!?!? I ended up having to leave my home so I wouldn't use any more propane.

The customer service person was outstanding. He came to service our refill one day after the hurricane left the area. He was remarkable under adverse circumstances.

I’ve been a @Ferrellgas customer in Naples, FL since Sept 2017 and placed a refill order last Mon, Sept 26 (with 56% remaining in my tank) ahead of Hurricane Ian to support my whole house generator; no reply & no refill as of today. Local Naples company @Jacobs_Gas just filled my tank—I’m now a new customer! Thanks, Jacobs Gas!

My experience was less than what I expected. My 500 gallon underground tank was installed with a faulty gauge so it was not registering how much gas I had left in the tank. I also ordered a wireless attachment (at additional cost) so I could use an app to tell how much my gas I had left in my tank. Because the initial gauge is broken, this wireless gauge is reading incorrectly also. I was told I would have to let the tank empty then it could be fixed. Well if it runs empty how do I cook or have hot water unless they fix is ASAP? Does not make sense. The customer service people are nice on the phone which is the only reason I gave them two stars.

Not a reliable company. The published hours for Fridays are Open 24 hours. No one answered the phone after 4 PM. 3 calls later to 3 different numbers, I finally got a service rep in Arkansas for service in Florida. I ran out gas and requested an emergency service delivery. She was confused, but promised to call back when she sorted out my request. No call back. Apparently, no one "on call" for weekend emergency service. ..untrained services reps, no direct line for emergency fills. I don't know how they stay in business.

We moved into a new home on Marco Island. We have had several issues with Ferrell Gas. The last issue we are trying to resolve is having the cracked lid replaced for the propane tank. I have called Ferrell Gas numerous times. I leave a call back number and never get a call.We have dealt with numerous gas/propane companies in Florida. Ferrell Gas has the worst customer service.

I have been trying to get service and or delivery for 3 years now. You call your # and you may get someone across the country. All they can do is put in a request for your office to call. Nobody calls. Lack of propane has not been an issue because the house doesn’t get used often. Until now!! The hot water heater clicks off because there is not enough propane in the tank. The owner and all his guests, who comes once or twice a year may not have hot water and I may lose my job as property manager. I spent about 3 hours on the phone today trying to remedy this. I am no further than I was 3 years ago. I can’t get anyone else to put propane in a tank that is not theirs. I don’t know what else to do than resort to social media in hopes that I get somewhere.
