Just came out of these bank service is very unprofessional. Just one teller working and super slow. Teller make comments to me that shouldn't be made to a client but instead addressed within her department.

I run a business Naples with that being said the bank never has change for our business I can go to any other bank in Naples but I choose this one. My advice Get change for your customers especially your business customers.

I think this branch deserves less than 1 Star. Just went through the drive thru teller. Did not receive an audible hello. Just a nod when I sent my transaction through the tube. No comments at all from teller. She completed my transaction and sent my cash and receipt back in the tube with out so much as a ‘thank you, have a nice day’ or anything at all. Rude. Will definitely avoid this branch going forward. They were really into being chatty with the older gentlemen that was in the lane closest to the building. I could hear all manor of exchange. Not cool 2911 Tamiami Trail branch, not cool.

THE PEOPLE WORKING HERE ARE GOOD FOR NOTHING ,NO MANNERS NO GOOD BEHAVIOUR AND EVEN THE MANAGER IS OUTDATED AND OUTMINDED ,SHE IS JUST AN EMPLOYEEWORKING FOR MONEY ,DOES'NT KNOW ANY THING THAT HOW TO ASSIST A CUSTOMER THE BANK SHOULD GET PEOPLE WHO ARE WORTH WORKING IN A BANK,WILL NEVER VIST THIS BRANCH AGAIN.CANT GIVE THEM ZEROS OR ELSE THER COULD BE HAVE BEEN ALINE FOR IT.
