Very nice branch, but it is always extremely slow service and only one teller no matter how many people in line.

went in to deposit $250K and the teller tried to tell me the ad I received in the mail had requirements not mentioned in it. She was rude, distrustful, and not a very nice person. She should be fired.

I had a run in with the completely inept Karmen in the teller line. She was an incompetent individual who lacked an ounce of common sense. She did not want to help me and found every reason not to help instead. I would not bank at this particular branch as they really do not want to help customers at all and appear to be completely stupid.

This must be where Fifth Third bank most keep all of their management rejects. Current bank management, including Sandy Guzman and Rochelle, are nothing, but incompetent. They mislead thier customers and aren't even capable of make sure one transiactuoin doesn't get screwed up.

People are friendly and extremely helpful. They go out of their way for you. They even call you by your name. The Branch Mgr is especially helpful.
