This place should get zero stars. I have never and never will bank here, and you shouldn't either. The only one who had an account here was my late mother, who passed away in Feb 2023. Closing her accounts has been a real nightmare. The slogan here is apparently "the customer is always wrong." Last month, my father deposited a check from the hospital for this account. The money wasn't credited to the account. The hospital is saying the check has been cashed. Another check was deposited and was cleared by the bank. This bank refuses to investigate what happened to the missing check and set the matters straight. It's a case of either gross incompetence or avoidance of good customer service. My father will be very happy once he closes this account for good.

I needed to come and give a huge recognition to Jorge Rojas from this branch. Every single time I come in, he goes out of his way to make it a positive experience. I drive an extra 10 minutes to come to this branch because he just provides better overall customer service than the branch closer to my house. I hope he is acknowledged for his hard work and patience with his clients. Thank you for all your help today and every day!

Be aware of a new security measure this bank has put in place. I have no access to my accounts on line because I changed my phone number and have no access to my old one. When logging in now you need your user name, password and with the enhanced security they send you a text that you need to respond to in order to log on. There's no work around and the IT department said it takes 14 DAYS to reset your new phone number. I do not have online access to any of my accounts for 2 weeks! Whoever set this system up was not thinking about this scenario. I now have to go to the branch close my accounts and open new ones and get a new on line account.

I began using fifth third after having numerous issues with Wells Fargo. I've had fifth third for a little over a year and I do not have enough good things to say about them. Their app is very easy to navigate, and every one of their employees is always happy and eager to help. I'm not entirely sure why they received a negative review, but maybe if Anita stayed on top of her s*** and didn't overdraft all the time, then maybe they wouldn't have held her check for two weeks. Sounds like it was her fault and not the banks. I love fifth third and compared to other banks, they're extremely fair and helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone else

Excellent bank and the last bastion of which in my humble opinion. The manager actually said that the customer was king as well as job security. I haven't heard anything like that since the 70's What a pleasure to do business with them!
