If there was an option for zero stars I would use it. The person we sat with for nearly an hour had no idea what to do, mistyped nearly every answer we gave (to the point she handed us her keyboard to type ourselves), could not answer basic questions and lacked any understanding of financial terms, and in the end told us we had to “start the application over.” So we left and will use another bank. Worst banking experience ever.

Horrible customer service. Two times i was told they would call me back about an answer on a savings account. I talked to 2 bankers and the manager, still nothing.

Zero stars! The banker Terry the worst customer service! Waited for long time to unlock mobile banking was told only banker can help I also just had my account debit card stolen with those skimmer they said could not help me called 800:number seven times to get thru have no idea why it's always weird people answer . Terry said she sent a text but never received it. Water of time at this location the worst. I rather drive out of my way to go to another location

AWFUL! Incompetent workers! Took them nearly 3 weeks to post a payment I made in CASH. Had to move forward with a refinance and they couldn't figure out to post a payment. It's no wonder they are closing 37 branches across the US. Do your banking elsewhere!

5/3rd is one of most ethical banks. After banking at Bank of America and hearing Wells Fargo headlines I appreciate how willing to work with you they are and have numerous options which are helpful. They let you keep your money as opposed to Bank of America's unfair fees and charges.

Pulled up to their drive-through to cash a check drawn on their Bank they told me they could not service me at the window because I'm not a customer, I had to come inside the bank. okay, park my car go inside the bank solid 10 minutes later gal hands me a slip of paper and says here's your receipt. I look at the receipt, shows I'm being charged $4 to cash the check. She never mentioned this. o I said I don't accept this, got the attitude of well that's too bad you're not
