The service representatives at this location are awesome. Gloria, the manager, and Nick, the service professional, were exemplary in their knowledge and expertise. They accommodated me and my tight schedule flawlessly. I would highly recommend these people at this location for whatever services they can provide. I will definitely use them in the future.

I went on November 29 in hopes of getting all of my tires changed. The manager, Gloria, was able to hook me up with an amazing deal where I got four brand new very nice and good tires for a great price. Everybody was super friendly and helpful. I didn’t have to wait very long at all and I was a walk in so it was a nice surprise as well.

Terrible service. Went for both a battery and tire replacement, checked with customer service in advance that they had the battery in stock and told me yes, when I arrived was told it had to be ordered.
For the replacement tires they quoted me well over $400 each so I went to BMW main dealer and they replaced two tires for $790 all inc for the same make and model quoted at Firestone. Was able to relax in a clean and comfortable dealership waiting area with free coffee and snacks as opposed to the run down uncomfortable Firestone offering.
Staff I dealt with were miserable which made the whole experience a huge disappointment.

It was awful I had made a reservation to get an oil change.
I must say I read the fine print but it also states that if they couldn't make it they will call you. Well I went to the store at my appointment time.
The guy at the front greet me ask me what I need it give him my name and he said to me well i never approved it and a associate walk in with a paper from a work order didn't say sorry, didn't apologize all he said was can you leave your car.
I have ho to the other location and it was better service than this one. I don't think I ever go back to this location

Reception never respond, I went there and only one customer before me but she said many things todo, so until now still not get back answer or response by phone or text.

Had to bring my car back three times for the same issue because they failed to fix it the first time. Not to mention the 13 hours it took for them to replace spark plugs even with an appointment followed by 6 unanswered phone calls checking on the status of my car throughout the day

THIS PLACE HAS GONE DOWNHILL!
My girlfriend’s car had a tire that kept losing air. I went in, they took 2-3 hours to run it under water, said they found it so I left. Again, my girlfriend’s car so I don’t drive and candidly, she doesn’t drive much at all either. Just to Publix and that’s about it.
About 2 days later she said the tire was low again so I’ve been putting in air with my compressor as needed. I’m a super busy person so I didn’t get to taking ot back to Firestone for about 45 days. I asked for them to look at it because it’s been leaking since we had it repaired. The new manager looked it up and chuckled. It’s been over a month she said. Let’s just say that from here it went down hill. She pulled the old, I’m feeling uncomfortable routine in which case I told her that she was making ME very uncomfortable….ugh. This woman doesn’t seem to understand what good, American customer service is. It felt like Miami…I certainly won’t go back because we have many options to choose from.

I would not suggest anyone go here for anything, I made an appointment and brought them my vehicle and 2 tires for mount and balance. I waited for an hour only for them to tell me they were unable to remove my wheels because my lugs were tight, I then went home and and removed them by hand with relative ease in a few minutes and simultaneously discovered that they had deformed 3 of my lugs while my vehicle was in their possession, horrible place full of rude people that seemingly can't accomplish the simplest of tasks.
