Michelle at the Firestone service center in Naples on Airport Pulling road was super helpful, knowledgeable, and very easy to discuss my needs and get quote. The Firestone Rewards was just icing on the cake. Michelle made sure to apply all the relevant discounts for my service and explained thoroughly the multipoint inspection and the findings. I really enjoy a business when the personnel are as pleasant to work with as Michelle was.

First and LAST time here. I called a few minutes before I went just to make sure they can help me & I wasn’t driving 20 minutes for no reason. She said to come in they’d take a look just pull up and someone will come out to me. Waited in my car for 5 mins just for me to go upfront and the worker sitting outside on his phone. When I finally got “help” didn’t even seem like he did anything but walk around the car. All he said was I’ll have to wait a few days for the tire light to go away on its own and he walked away didn’t even give me the okay. Just seemed uninterested. Tired of you guys hiring people who pick and choose who they wanna do the job for

I needed a quick tire change and Toyota wanted to charge $285, Firestone on Airport Pulling had it done in 30 minutes for #207. I was extremely satisfied.

I left my SUV at 9:50 am to repair a tire, she told me to pick her up at 12:00 pm, arrive at 2:30 pm and she is still not ready
