No help with shared banking. Told me to fill out the slip without explanation. And turned me away after 30 min wait because I didn't put the amount in the right Collums on the slip. Broken English speaking teller made it hard to understand. A joke of a banking institution. I will do my best to find another place to carry my businesses transactions.

We try to do shared banking with them. They say they do it, it is nothing but a big fat hassle. I will never bank there again. They deserve 0 stars.

My 1st experience with MidFlorida Community Credit Union Naples. Service was outstanding. Heather was the person that helped me. She was very patient an walked me through every aspect of several transactions that we completed. Can't say enough about all the folks we have worked with. Heather and Mary are great. Heather,assisted me and was so pleasant and helpful with my request to replace my debit card that I had lost. She informed me of a perk of using my debit card as credit to earn points. I had no idea! She made my day ! She needs a promotion. I was considering switching credit unions because I often travel a lot and have to come inside to deposit and withdraw money due to my standard account . However, she made me feel valued as apart of MIDFLORIDA family. Thank you guys!

Purchased from Naples Nissan which was my first mistake second mistake was getting a loan through MIDFLORIDA. It’s almost impossible to get a hold of anyone they’ve not returned my phone calls even though I’m trying to make payment. I sent the payment to the correct address and it got returned to me, which i’ve read is common for their mail to be returned or lost?! So now I have a late fee and no one will call me back about fixing payment. But I guess it only affects me if they don’t answer right so who cares?! absolutely ridiculous and terrible business
