I bought a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee and it was a LEMON! I noticed it had a check engine light on it and asked the people who sold me the car about it and they said “we will send it to our shop to check it for you” I said okay. It came out to be nothing. They cleared the check engine code but forward two days later it came back on and called the dealership and they told me to go to there shop. I took it there and left it there and the car didn’t move once while it was there. They called me to let me know it was a sensor. I said alright and picked up the car and changed it myself and the engine light wasn’t going off, even after clearing it. Took it to dealership and behold they found everything wrong with the car. 22k in damage and the jeep was 13k. 13k of junk. The transmission was a junk a non mopar transmission with the wrong fluid, a lot of internal damage and leaking oil into the coolant reservoir and the radiator and a whole bunch of other stuff. Unfortunately you can’t really check a lot of this stuff before you buy but be very careful here. I still can’t believe they would sell something like this.

SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS!! This company is horrible to do business with!!! The same 2015 Lexus that they have posted for 16k is the same 2015 Lexus that my step dad financed through their “company.” My step dad never missed a payment, and kept his insurance up to date. My step dad recently got incarcerated. My family decided we would keep the car as a family car, and we would use it as needed. The payments and insurance was still kept on the car. FCA was taking payments with no issues then one day they randomly decided to repossess the car because my family declined to refinance the car in one of our names. FCA really wanted to start the financing process all over again just so they can make addl. money. Once I went to retrieve items out of the vehicle they gave me the worst time ever. There’s an overly confident, weird faced girl there with a big mole on her face, that thought it would be a good idea to taunt me about the car being repossessed. And, declined to give me my items multiple times. This is just a HORRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! And, the Lexus is not worth the 16k that they are trying to con people out of. My step dad owed way less than 16k on that vehicle!! *****update: I also see that FCA likes to threaten their customers in the comments so I’m prepared to take it there, if needed. ? ********
****UPDATE: Called FCA @ 10:05am to make them aware of my review. Received a call from FCA @ approximately 10:25am-I missed the called, I called back @10:41am spoke with a Haitian guy (didn’t get his name) he then told me that my google review is illegal, I’m not a customer of FCA and that he was recording our conversation. I will be calling back at 10:46am to let them know I updated the review and I will be reporting each time they call to threaten me. Called back @10:46am spoke with an older Haitian guy, he hung up on me because he knows damn well a google review is not illegal. Now my whole family will be submitting reviews on this situation.**** ?
***UPDATE: Response to FCA commentary ???? y’all really took the time to type out all of those lies, which proves that y’all are scammers… scammers LIE!! Y’all haven’t talked to the original owner in over 2 years which is funny because he has not been incarcerated for more than 2 years? Let’s make it make sense… The car repossessed due to non payments is HILARIOUS! Then, y’all really thought we would be dumb enough to bring the car for an oil change but wait it gets better!!! Y’all also wanted us to leave the car just for an 30min oil change… sounds to me y’all wanted to repossess the car right from up under our nose. So funny, yet so dumb. Anyways, I see them ratings going down, that’s what I like. ?****

Bad experience they did an alignment for me and they didn't give me the report on it. The mechanic treated me badly as if I didn't believe him that they did the alignment poorly. All wrong, I don't recommend it at all.
