We are delighted with the kitchen and bathroom renovation completed by Flooring Gallery. Carl and his team transformed both spaces beautifully. The kitchen looks modern, well-designed, and extremely functional. We have so much more space! The bathroom is clean, elegant, and modern.
Communication throughout the project was excellent. Carl kept us updated and walked us through decisions, and offered helpful recommendations that truly improved the final result. They also stayed on schedule, kept the work areas clean, respected our condo and made the renovation process far less stressful than we expected.

I highly recommend Carl at the Flooring Gallery in Naples, Fl. He was absolutely wonderful to work with-professional, responsive and our project was on time. We completed our entire project long-distance from New Jersey, and Carl made the process effortless and stress-free. He and his team installed a beautiful laminate flooring, painted, updated fixtures, and handled all of our lighting changes with exceptional attention to detail. Our condo is beyond beautiful thanks to Carl and his team at the Flooring Gallery.

We highly recommend Flooring Gallery. We purchased the materials for our master bathroom remodel from them about 5 years ago, not knowing they handle the demo and construction as well as design. The entire staff was so accommodating to the contractor we had already hired, and the job came out just as we had envisioned. A few years later we had Flooring Gallery handle all aspects of our guest bathroom remodel and they did an outstanding job from start to finish. They did such a good job, our friends hired them to remodel their bathroom exactly the way ours was done.
Our most recent project with Flooring Gallery included new carpet and closet systems in 4 bedrooms and a linen closet. Carl Ingham has been outstanding - and extremely patient - in helping us choose carpet that was perfect for our home. Sari Kessel handled our closets from planning and design to installation and maximized the hanging and storage space in each closet. We could not be happier with her work. All of the team at Flooring Gallery is amazing – the installers and their support crew, everyone.

My husband and I purchased cabinets and flooring from Naples Flooring Gallery in 2011. Recently, we had an issue with some 'gapping' of our crown molding at the cabinetry top and requested service. The service technician who responded did a PHENOMENAL job of fixing the problem. He was meticulous, professional, neat, and thorough. We are so grateful for his attention to detail. The workmanship was great on day 1 thirteen years ago. The service today was top notch as well.

We had damage from a sprinkler system accident. Flooring Gallery did a great job. All work was timely and excellent quality. We recently had our kitchen tile backsplash replaced. We chose the Flooring Gallery based on recommendations, product selection and price. The sales representative(s) were great and they provided plans and options for our "renovation." The installer, Antonio, was exceptional, a true craftsman. The removal required experience and lots of patience, and when Antonio was finished, the workmanship was "perfect." I don't generally write reviews, but the Flooring Gallery gets 5 stars!!
