Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered flowers from their website. They called and said the flowers would be delivered the next day. It is now 4 days later and no delivery has been made. I have called and left them several messages with no response. yet, they have charged my card. The only recourse I have now is to dispute the charge. Shady business practices for sure. Can't speak to their flower quality since we never saw them.

The flower arrangement was devine! And the customer service was spectacular. I also saw them be very kind to someone that walked in with a need separate from what they offer and that moved me. This will be my spot for flowers from now on!

The Flower Spot is my go-to flower shop in Naples. They always create the most beautiful arrangements with unique flowers and greenery. The flowers are always fresh and maintain their beauty a long time. The pictures are from my most recent order for Thanksgiving, but do not do the bouquet justice. It was truly breathtaking.

I sent a bouquet of flowers to my sister-in-law. I had some idea of what she likes... tall vase, English garden colors, asymmetrical, greens and curly willow. They took my suggestions and added there own ideas to create a spectacular bouquet. I would highly recommend the Flower Spot!

Amanda and her staff are so welcoming and will give you as much or as little direction as you need to find the perfect flower gift. Her shop is super quaint, clean, up-to-date and inspiring!

The birthday arrangement I ordered was purple, pink and green. What was delivered was yellow, white and green with pussywillows sticking out of it. If I had wanted yellow I would have chosen yellow and I would NOT have chose the arrangement if it had pussywillows in it. I’m giving 2 stars because the flowers were pretty, but I should have been contacted. The recipient’s response was “these are nice, but why’d you get yellow? You know I can’t stand yellow”.Not good. Thank you very much. If you choose this company, do yourself a favor and call to make sure you’re getting what you ordered.

We had the most amazing experience with Flower spot. I was very indecisive and just knew what colors I wanted. Amanda went above and beyond. She picked out the flowers and came up with the center piece design. Everything about it was amazing. She also was able to help on the day of the wedding with calming my nerves and making sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend her to anyone for any event or a pretty arrangement!
