Service is horrible. Waited for my to go order almost 40 minutes while restaurant was nearly empty. Watched the lady front of me return her whole order as it was wrong, so decided to check on mine. Turns out they completely forgot about mine. Always had problems with this place forgetting part of my orders. I think it’s really time for me to find another healthy place with a more reliable and responsive service.

We have been coming here for several years now. Last few weeks the food service was very slow and the place almost empty. Today we had to wait exactly 30 minutes while there was hardly anyone eating around us. I told the server that we are not coming back.

Such a disappointment. I’ll be brief. I love fancy organic grocery stores , this place came highly (dually) recommended. I’ll pay a premium for vibe, live music outside helps but on a regular basis- I’m out on florescent lights and tiled ceilings. The hot bar experience was rushed and felt pressured without anything to visibly reference other than words on a menu. The grilled cheese wasn’t grilled so that’s just not gonna cut it. I’ll elaborate, the bread wasn’t buttered, the cheese wasn’t melted the sandwich was cold. Greek salad: didn’t have feta or olives. Went to the other side ordered a few coffees and the disappointment continued. One example: my flat white (listed as 8oz) was a 12oz cup of lukewarm milky concoction indistinguishable from cappuccino. Lastly, a penny per dollar? Really a bit patronizing tbh. Anyway, so Yeah, all-in-all, I support staffing the youth, but again, I’d prefer paying a premium for an experienced staff. A grocer that prioritizes knowledge and experience, please and thank you. They are 100% organic. You don't have to search to make sure you aren't getting what you don't want. The customer service and vibe was nice.

I really wanted to love this place it’s close by and I love the environment but I’ve been there several times and find that it’s so disorganized. It wasn’t easy to order and to order a coffee with your meal you had to go across courtyard to order it separately.After quite awhile, my food was delivered via a numbered placard. It seemed like a lot of work. Unfortunately the food is just so so. The chicken fajitas had no flavor. I just can’t understand how they can mess up a simple dish. Perhaps there’s some trick to getting through this place with a better meal and service but I don’t know what it could be.

The chicken stir fry was not good, not even cooked. Just ingredients put on a plate and slightly heated. Please correct this dish
