By far the worst car wash in Naples pressure from wands is terrible spot free rinse does not works walls in bays are so splattered with mud and mold build up it’s disgusting. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money here

Decent car wash. Has high clearance, around 12 feet 6”. The pressure washer controls seem dated, and they do not beep when you’re nearing the end of your time, which is a bit annoying. $2.75 in quarters or $3 on a card gives you 4 minutes
In general, you can wash your car. Bucket washing is allowed if no one is waiting, which is nice

Easy access. Electronic payment seems to work regularly. Wash choices are stocked. Vacuum cleaners on site work well. Safe environment.

The high Pressure soap setting had no soap.
The foaming brush was tube was leaking from the arm it is attached to so soap was going everywhere.

I should've known better when the car in front of me was in the wash and half the water was shooting out the top of the automatic wash... but I was stupid and used it anyway.
I bought the $12 wash so it would clean my tires and rims (lol). How dumb of me.. wash started with only spraying water (no soap), and then the brushes went over it and back, one time, and that was it.. I'm absolutely 💯 disappointed with my choice of this wash. Definitely didn't get my tires and rims clean 😒
I'll definitely never use this dumpster 🔥 of a car wash again!!!
I'd highly recommend using a different car wash!

I had a terrible experience at this car wash. It’s clearly designed for utility trucks, not regular vehicles. My car came out dirtier than when I arrived, with streaks of grime and water spots everywhere. To make matters worse, there were scratches on the paint that weren’t there before. The staff didn’t seem to care when I pointed it out and offered no resolution. If you value your car, avoid this place at all costs.

Something is always broken, whether it is a spray gun or a machine that takes the payments. Watch for screws and nails. They're all over the place.

I wasted 15 minutes trying to get any of the machines to work. There is a total of six bays and not one works. Two machines are off completely, three machines would not read any credit card I have (I tried every trick) and the one machine that FINALLY read my card turned on and the hose was blown out at the handle so bad it was unusable so I hurried to shut the machine off and it wouldn’t turn off. So now I’ll get billed $15 for the maximum limit.

My car was scratched by the rollers I showed the supervisor and I am still waiting for them to call me for. very bad service Anyone who reads this I advise them not to wash the car there

STAY AWAY!!! Save your money and stress!!!
I am usually not complaining about car washes, but this one got me today. I recently moved in this area and I wanted to save the drive to my regular car wash (rick’s car wash) and try this one.
BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! This place has signs everywhere with “NO DUMP TRUCKS ALLOWED“, but the only dump is the actual place. It needs new owners or new managers who need to take care of this place.
CONS:
1. You have to drive around all the bays, to finally find a card reader that works. So if you don’t have quarters, you might lose your place in line just because of the trashed car reader devices who won’t work.
2. You might leave with a flat tire, with a screw/nail in your tire because of lack of maintenance.
3. You go there to wash your car, but you might leave with the car dirty. The bays were never washed at the end of the day or early in the morning, so all the dirt, dust, rocks from other cars/ trucks is still on the ground and will probably get back on your car/tires when you try to drive off.
4. The vacuums have no power and are in horrible conditions. Probably they never clean/empty them. Also, the smell in the Vacuum area is horrible. Smells like a SEWER! Literally couldn’t vacuum my car because of the piss smell at the second vaccum from the right today.
5. The vacuum quarter machine eats your coins and won’t work. Person next to me started punching the machine when he kept introducing quarters and the vacuum won’t start.
6. The pre-soak and the tire-cleaner are basically inexistent. You are wasting your time trying to use them. I don’t know if the containers were out of soap inside or they just don’t work.
7. The high pressure/rinse function has literally no pressure. Mediocre is the best I could say about it.
PRO: 1. The only good thing is the foam on the “foaming-brush”. The best foam I ever seen on a car wash. NOT THE QUALITY OF THE BRUSH THO! ALL the brushes were trashed/destroyed.
2. Relatively high number of bays: 6 self-wash + 2 automatic. Other car washes only have 6 total if not less.
I recommend driving a few extra miles and wash your car at a different car wash. This one it is not worth the 10-15$ you pay for.
Disappointing.
