Took them about one minute to have our order ready so I'm thinking it wasn't cooked when we order. I don't mind waiting for a freshly made burger. That's why I've always gone to Five Guys.

Large anchor stores no longer in business. Small shops and a handful of chain eateries. Getting in and out of the plaza is a bit complicated.

The app wasn't working properly so I had to order in person. I thought the extra time would have made me late, but the service was very fast. I was impressed & it was greatly appreciated!

My wife and I had an older Tempurpedic mattress and it was time to upgrade due to her hips causing a small indentation in the mattress over the years. We went to this mattress firm in Bonita Springs/North Naples area on a Saturday and spent a quick 60 minutes testing the newer Tempurpedic mattresses and quickly found the cooling hybrid to be the best out of everything in the store (expensive yes, but the best). Alex the store representative was helpful but not overwhelming. We paid and were out in a very timely manner. Alex got our new Tempurpedic delivered the next day (a Sunday). We got an automated call saying the delivery is 15 minutes away and 15 minutes later the delivery guys called and said they've arrived. They were very helpful and I didn't have to do anything beside open the door. Turn key service. Good job fellas. Thank you. See you in 10 more years

Got 6 double bacon all the way with regular fry and 6 cokes . Worth ever dollar. I was in and out the door in 15 minutes from time I payed to I was walking out the door . Now that's great service..... Thank you five guys staffing
