Couldn’t be happier with the arrangement that was sent! Delivered exactly as described- just beautiful! Online order from MT for Aunt’s passing in Naples. Went with Gene’s and so happy that I did. Family owned and operated since 1974- they obviously know what they are doing. Don’t hesitate, put your trust in Gene’s and you won’t be sorry!

I called Gene's from out of state for a local delivery to my sister, and they were extremely helpful in making sure the bouquet was to my liking including color pallet. Delivery was prompt and the picture my sister sent showed an exquisite, artful arrangement that was breathtakingly beautiful! The price was right too. I would definitely use them again.

I had literally called almost every flower shop in Naples for a same day delivery and none could accommodate- all slots were full-- My final call was to Gene's Florist and Barb answered. She quickly assessed my request for same day, double-checked with her coworker and was creating the most unique flower arrangement as we spoke. Not only did Barb deliver the highest degree of customer service with unbelievable efficiency, but a product that brought joy to the recipient.. Kudos to Barb and her coworker for going above and beyond.. Great experience that is very much appreciated.

I called this florist today and even though it was already midday in Florida, a beautiful bouquet was delivered to my aunt the same day! Barb was extremely helpful over the phone selecting the floral arrangement and birthday message. My aunt let me know that the driver even waited for her to get home so that the flowers wouldn't be left on her porch in the heat. I would definitely use this florist again!
