Nothing but excellent service and treatment. Tina at the front desk was extremely helpful, friendly and professional each time I came in. Alex was phenomenal! He kept me informed the whole time during my repair and even finished my car ahead of schedule. Alex rocks!!! They made everything extremely easy and pain free. Thanks guys for making my car look like new.

Beware Gerber Collision will give you your car back in terrible condition! I would beware trusting Gerber collision with repairs. I brought my car into Gerber collision after a car accident. My car was there for there for 2weeks and when I got my car back it was in terrible condition. The car was in such bad condition that they had to have it towed back to the shop. After I paid them in full they then Julie an employee I was working with blamed me that it was a a/c compressor even though my a/c was recently replaced and I had zero issues prior to the accident. The general manager, Joe then would not return my phone calls for weeks. They promised to make it right and they continue to ignore my phone calls and did not care that my car was not drivable. I brought my car in for a second opinion to a different mechanic and they found the issue- Gerber completely missed the issue. The real issue was there was a missing transmission mount that was completely overlooked by Gerber. It is very disappointing to pay someone to fix your vehicle and to get it back in un-drivable condition. I would give them zero stars if I could. It was very dangerous for me to drive the car and I’m extremely disappointed how they treated me in my family. I rarely give terrible reviews but I’m warning the community that this repair shop will give you your car back in terrible condition.

First time working with this location, second time with this company. Outstanding service and repairs, no excuses no BS, they do it right and on time. Car was returned early, repaired, cleaned inside and out and they even aired up the low tire. You can't get better service in Naples anywhere!

Gerber Collision is truly the best place in Naples for your car, the service is very professional and they meet the established times and the staff is very attentive and friendly. My car was perfect as if nothing had happened. The manager, Mr. Gilberto, speaks Spanish and English, which helps a lot to be able to communicate in our language. He is also very professional and is concerned about service and customer service.

Walked in for a quote (not insurance related) to repair a ding on a door and was told I had to make an appt and the only times anyone is available for an appointment are between 11am & 3pm. Unfortunately that doesn’t work for my s ch duel and there were no other options. Clearly this company doesn’t want to take care of potential customers.

VERY DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING - Gerber does not do glass replacement services!! If you call them for glass they send you to their subcontractor, which at this time is Glass America. Check reviews for Glass America before making your decision because it is NOT GERBER who does any of the glass work. Gerber also does NOT stand behind the work of their subcontractor. These are FACTS do your research do not end up like I did.

I had to take my vehicle in for a bumper replacement. From the moment I met my adjuster Alex, I knew this was going to be a great experience. They are quick, very efficient, and even took care of communicating with Enterprise for my rental delivery.
