I was in a car accident and took my car to this location. It was fixed in two weeks and looked perfect. I was updated regularly on the progress of the repair by Dekendrick who was the best.

I came to this location for a simple front bumper and headlight fix after getting into an accident and they stated to me it will take 10-12 days to repair my vehicle. I called the 12th day and they stated to me that the back piece of my fog light was on its way, which was perfectly fine when I checked myself. 2 days later I get no call back so I called and they stated to me that my headlight is on its way and it will be a couple more days. At this point I was frustrated and said ok I’ll wait. I waited another 2 days and no call or update and called again and they stated to me that all the parts are in and they are just waiting on my grill, at this point I felt like they were giving me the run around and making up any excuse to not give my car back. I called the next day and they proceed to tell me that they ordered the wrong grill. Finally after 22 days they call me to pick up my vehicle. I get there hoping nothing was wrong and there it was ! No emblem on my front grill. They tell me that the emblem did not come with the grill. They tell me they will order it and to come back next week to install it. At this point I was so angry I decided I will not be coming back for that emblem. This whole experience was such a headache I decided to buy the Emblem and install it myself. I will never step foot in this shop again.

Undoubtedly a place with expert people and willing to give you the best possible attention and experience they did an excellent job on my GMC Terrain they had me informed all the time about the process of my repair and it was ready the day they told me exactly excellent work thank you very much ?

My car was sent to this body shop in January and at the beginning they told me that it will b ready in a month that’s what Jason told me. Long story short, my car was more that 2 months and just two weeks ago they told me that their machine frame stop working and my car had to b transferred to fort Myers for the repairing. They stop giving me updates about my car and just a day ago I had a call that my car is a total loss. I lost my time and my time has a value. Now I don’t have a car, the rental is going to expire in two days and above all that I have to go to Fort myers to get some items that are in my car. I never recommend this place to anyone they were lying to me all the time. You all out there Be careful!!!!!!

I recently had my truck repaired at Gerber on Market Ave after a collision that damaged two doors. Initially, had some issues but thanks to Jason, the General Manager, everything turned around. Jason’s exceptional handling of the situation ensured that I left the happy. My truck now looks perfect and as good as new, all thanks to Jason’s dedication and efficient management. Paint matched up perfectly and you can’t even tell there has been any repairs done! Highly recommend his services!

My truck tailgate got keyed. When our insurance told us to take it there we thought we would need a rental. However, the staff was super friendly and helpful and said that the tailgate could be removed and we wouldn't need a rental. We weren't sure how long it would take but were surprised by the next afternoon it was finished. The tailgate looks better than new!! As I said, the staff there was very helpful and sent us messages throughout the repair with updates. We would gladly use and recommend them any time we are asked!!

Honesty and integrity still exists. I to did a google search to see reviews of local body shops. And gerber came up and the reviews where good. I can also add to them saying jason and rick kept me informed as to the status of my vehicle repair. And they handled all calls and emails with insurance company. We picked up the vehicle and it was great no issues paint matched fender and bumper all in line. I would recommend them.

I had an appointment for a repair estimate and it couldn't have gone smoother! I was immediately greeted in the parking lot and directed where to go. The estimator was very quick, explained everything to me, and I was able to get the repair appointment scheduled quickly. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Definitely a positive experience so far!
