Been here a few times. I always come back because the people here make me feel comfortable about having my vehicle repaired. From booking my appointment with the receptionist to getting regular updates from my advisor to picking up a beautiful finished product… I’m always blown away! Kudos team!

Customer service was absolutely refreshing!
I was having a bad day all things considering but their professional attitudes and transparency made the transaction as pleasurable as possible. My vehicle was done a day later. Gerber Collison was by far, the best repair experience I've had. Comes highly recommended.

I apologize for my previous review on Gerber. I’m sorry that I jumped the gun and accused them. I took it down. I assumed that Gerber in Naples was delaying in fixing Kevin’s damaged front right light & broken clip under the hood, but I just found out that they are going to fix it and I’m sure that they’re going to do a great job!

wanted to get a quote on my car, but they refused to give me a quote unless I have them, and only them, do the job. I walked in and asked for a quote, but they were rude to me saying that they do not do quotes as it is a waste of their time. Highly recommend not wasting your time going here.

I can't say enough about how awesome my service was at this location. The Customer Service representative that took my call reassured me that she would have the best estimator and body techs working with my car. The communication from start to finish was exceptional. They had to keep my car one extra day due to a part on delay but the Manager called me to let me know and promised they would fast track my vehicle completion as soon as it arrived. My car looked better then when I brought it brand new and they even cleaned the outside better than I could have ever! Thanks to this amazing team I am ready to attend my sons tournament this weekend with peace.

I absolutely hate the process of getting body work or repairs done, but Gerber made it painless and provided me updates along the way. Dekendrick was great. Very knowledgeable, and kept me updated during the process, and didn't charge me for unnecessary stuff or add any charges after the quote. They even cleaned the inside of my car out.
