Was able to find a gift for a gender reveal, however, was disappointed the store on 5th did not offer gift wrap as an option— or even sell gift bags!

The nicest experience shopping in a long time. The salesperson -S.Dona..was so helpful from getting my husband a chair to helping me select perfect gifts for my grandchildren! Upbeat, charming, friendly -I hated to leave! I saw her treat everyone who entered the store the same way. The store is wonderful also.

the crafts and toys are out of date, inks are dried up, paints are old, We spent 29.00 dollars on a stencil kit from Folks Klutz art, opened it up, ink is dried out, and the dress we bought for 69.00 is 39.99 at other shops

This store has been a true gem since we found it around 2012. Every single time we have been here the owner provides us with outstanding service. We miss the Argentinian sales associate but we are very glad she’s doing well at her own business ventures. My wife and I absolutely love this place and make a point to visit when we pass by Naples. God bless this store and owner!!

I have been visiting Naples with my family and shopping on 5th Avenue for almost 10 years now. I have typically enjoyed shopping in the past at Giggle Moon especially since having children of my own. However, given recent events I will never come back in this store and want to make sure no one I know goes there either. We picked out several items for my son and daughter. After being rung out and walking out of the store the sales associate came running after us and said she charged us for a pair of shoes that we didn’t get and they belong to a different family. She asked that we return to the store. Initially, I was thankful this was caught before leaving; but, then, the sales associate only gave us STORE CREDIT. I understand if I came to return something that I picked out and store credit was only offered however this was a pair of shoes for a child much older than mine that I didn’t look at or pick out. The sales lady was the one who incorrectly charged us and gave us these shoes. She REFUSED to return all of our money even though this was the stores fault and said it was store policy for store credit. She refused to call the owner to explain the situation as I am sure anyone would have said yes please give refund given the circumstance that the store was the one who messed this up. Not only did she refuse she was rude and unpleasant in the process - this is absolutely unacceptable. We do not live local; thus, store credit not only doesn’t make sense but is horrendous customer service. I will never be returning.

I first and foremost have to say this was our best experience with going into Naples for the day. My husband and I were recently staying in Marco Island and decided to drive into Naples before the hurricane weather started. We came across this store and I have to speak on behalf of Susan, and say how amazing she was! She helped us find the perfect gifts to bring back to Buffalo for our two children. She was so kind and helpful and just made us feel right at home. This was also our first time experiencing any type of hurricane and she was so calm and made us feel so much better. The store is absolutely beautiful and a must see if you are heading into Naples for the day or a vacation. We cannot thank her enough for everything and we look so forward to visiting the store when we come back! Great gifts for all children here!

So grateful to have found this store. The items were great and the staff brightened up my kid's day. They probably could tell on my face that I needed help lol. I appreciate the customer service and we went home with awesome stuff for the kiddos. Will come back again.

This tiny little children’s store is packed to the brim with toys and clothes! I love that they have plenty of options for boys, since usually stores cater more to dressing little girls. The toy selection is not your average selection and I plan to go back frequently!

Disorganized, terrible customer service and over priced! It’s hard to locate items based on size and prices are not consistently marked. Spend your money elsewhere.

First time visitor here, and I sure am glad I walked in the door! For one, the store is beautifully arranged. Susan does a lovely job of managing a large variety of things for both boys and girls within a small space, without a cluttered feeling. The decor used to display clothes, toys, games, etc. is also very cute and fitting for the theme. I really appreciated the variety and uniqueness of the toys. I also think Giggle Moon does a nice job of having options for all styles and budgets. And based on the friendly, helpful interaction I had with Susan, I can tell she loves coming to work every day. My toddler is going to be especially excited with the tutu and headband set she has coming to her....thank you, Susan, for your recommendation! I will be back!

Lovely children's shop. It was the perfect place to buy a gift for my friend who is expecting! The shop manager was so helpful and kind to me, showing me a bunch of different gender-neutral options since I didn't know if the baby was a boy or a girl yet! There is a huge selection of clothing, toys, books - it's the only place like it in Old Naples!
