My insurance company connected me with Glass America to replace my windshield. The customer service experience was very nice and they were able to work me in before a storm and finished earlier than expected which was very appreciated. My windshield looks great and I'm happy with my experience!

Rock hit my windshield on my 23 Toyota crown call State Farm that got me in touch with Glass America arrived at 8:00 and Matt was waiting for me had the windshield installed and ready for me to leave in 45 minutes unbelievable I've had windshield replaced but this guy is the best 24 years as a Tech unbelievable does all the work for Ferrari in Mercedes definitely would rate Matt best tech they had coffee add bottled water in a nice place to hang definitely would rate this place the best

Absolute worse customer service, for a company that prides themselves on customer service they are severely lacking it . A rock hit my windshield, and I called my insurance to replace it . They get me in touch with this company and it’s been a disaster since . The tech came out replaced my windshield, and then it rained where I live. I get in my car to find a HUGE rain puddle in my driver side floorboard. So I call my insurance to tell them what happened. They get me in touch with a guy named Tony to fix it . So Tony tells me that he will have a tech out early in the morning to fix my windshield, that the tech wouldn’t even clock in at the office . My house would be the first place the tech stops at. The tech finally shows up at my house at 2:00pm, and says that Tony lies to all the customers and the techs are the ones to fix his mistakes. Then the tech try’s to tell me the water leak is my car’s problem and not because of the windshield. My husband is a mechanic and told him that’s not the case . So they fix my windshield, so I call Tony the next day to ask how they are going to fix the water damage in my car . He tells me he’ll have to get in touch with his supervisor and get back to me . A WHOLE DAY goes by and I have to call Tony AGAIN to get an update . For him to tell him they are going to get my car detailed , and that he also has two other cars that have water damage due to this companies carelessness. So Tony tells me that he found a detailing company that’s 40 mins away from my house and my appointment is at 4pm . I get off of work early to drive to my appointment. When I arrive for my appointment the detailer tells me that he told Tony that I needed to be at his shop at 9am . So I ended up have to reschedule another week out . So I’m going on two weeks of having water sit in my floor boards that will now cause mold and mildew. All because of the lack of professionalism and communication this company has. Not to mention I called today to get Tony’s supervisors number because he wouldn’t answer my phone calls. So I called the customer care line to explain what was happening. And I spoke to a lady named Wanda and she hung up the phone in the middle of me talking . I hope this reaches as many people , and that they don’t fall victim to this company. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Amazing experience and customer service.Brought my Acura MDX in to have the windshield replaced and was greeted by Tony right away. After taking down all my info, Tony had my insurance carrier on the phone with me the same day and he also confirmed the new glass from Acura was available. Dropped off my car the next day, new glass installed and ready for pick that afternoon. Most seamless and efficient car repair service I could have hoped for. Thanks guys!!!

I got referred from Germaine Lexus. I called ,they made the appointment on the spot. They are busy but very courteous and provisional. The technicians call in advance. I receive an email confirmation a day in advance. Technician Freddy was very professional and on time. New what to do. Had all the neccessary parts. He had a nice demenir. These guys are awesome, first class workmanship and reasonable prices. Have electric hookup for your RV so you can be onsite first thing when they start working on your windshield 8AM. Best in class in my opinion!!!
