Excellent, clean establishment. Customer service representatives are very helpful. My complaint is that The storage facility in east naples has an elevator that is sideways, and would likely be impossible for a lot of people to utilize, making the second floor obsolete.

Very easy to sign up and your representative was wonderful; showed us to our unit and how to lock it. She was very informative and was able to answer all of our questions.

The longest and best experience ive ever had at a storage facility. Crystal is excellent and the reason my storing experience has been so good. She keeps things top notch. Its never messy with trash everywhere. She does an amazing job with clients and the f aci l ity. ..
Oh, and the prices. Who can beat them?; no one¡! I'm very happy with my choice.

Nice and clean and secure. I had a few issues reserving on my phone as the site isn't mobile friendly. That's the only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5. UPDATE: I have rented a second unit and have been very happy with the service. Crystal is very helpful and understands what true customer service is!!

Chrystal, the office manager, is the best! Always has a smile and very helpful. I couldn’t remember my code for the entrance door and she gave it to me quickly.

I do not recommend this storage company. It has been a month and I am not able to access my unit and they have no time frame of when I can access it. I work too far to get there in time before they close.It is unacceptable and I am paying every month. I will be moving my things out.
