I’m bad with names, but the Gentleman in the Beth Page shirt that does fitting in bay 5 was patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Wow! First time in a golf galaxy and it’s amazing. Great selection of gear and clubs, awesome 90 day on course test policy and found a perfect 60 to play while in FL for 85$ 🎉

Good choice of sporting goods, but the experience after that was really bad. As a tourist visiting Naples from Germany, it’s only natural to go shopping, especially when you’re active in sports like golf and pickleball. I even have friends and family back home who might need things, so with the time difference, I bought items, took photos, and sent them home for feedback. If they said yes, I kept the items; if not, I returned them. This is usually no issue in the U.S., and it’s something I have done often without problems.
This time, though, it didn’t work out. I made three returns, but the fourth was denied—unbelievable! The items were unworn, with tags still attached, and I had spent $212 on things I couldn’t use. Simply outrageous. It turns out that Dicks and Golf Galaxy work with The Retail Equation, which put me on a sort of “blacklist” because I made four returns—as a tourist! No one could help, and now I am stuck with items I don’t need. I am understandably frustrated and have no intention of shopping at Dicks or Golf Galaxy again.

My twelve year old had a major growth spurt so it’s time to upgrade his clubs as he is now adult size. We came to the store Saturday afternoon with very few other shoppers present. We wandered looking at irons for a bit of time and a guy walked by and asked if we were doing okay. I responded that we needed some help. He said he’d go let the guys know. Some time had passed and he walked by again without saying anything. We continued to wait for quite some time without anyone acknowledging our existence. We left the store. My plan was to buy him new irons, a driver, and a bag and whatever else we could be talked into and assumed I’d be spending well over $1000. I guess they don’t work on commissions?

Beware!!
I have been visiting Golf Galaxy for about a year, buying balls, clubs, bags, shoes and many more. I have spent enough money at this store to become a gold member, however the customer service has left me sorely disappointed. The customer service has been terrible. From the moment I walked in, it felt like I was bothering the staff just by being there. Even though I have spent substantial amounts of money here, I continuously face the passive aggressive remarks of the employees, and their feeling of disdain and undesire of contributing to a happy and safe shopping experience. The behavior of the store and their employees is down right disrespectful, inappropriate and unprofessional. I believe there are better alternatives such as Golf Guys up the street who have better prices and better customer service or the local PGA Superstore who would be happy to help and contribute to a safer shopping experience. I don't recommend this place. Stay away!!

We bought a new set of clubs and a Hybrid fot total over 1300$. Jim was very nice and helpful but when we picked up the gear the next day they where not very friendly! We spent so much money and had to ask for a headcover for the Hybrid! Nobody said „ thank you“ or something like that.

Perhaps they should consider a name change to Golf911. The shaft in my pitching wedge broke today, and I have a game booked for Sunday. The golf superstore closest to our home told me it would be a 48 hour wait to get it re-shafted. Jim, at Golf Galaxy, bent over backwards to help me! Told me it would be 45 minutes, but I’m pretty sure he had it done quicker than that. Now, it will have time to set up and dry completely before I play Sunday. Can’t say enough about the customer service we received today. Even if the drive is a bit further, I’ll be back!

Worst customer service ever. Sold me 2 hats that were identical they rang up 2 different prices and refused to fix over the phone. Now I have to drive all the way back down there to show them the receipt even though they could have pulled the transaction up under my account. Totally unacceptable especially after how many thousands I spend there yearly. Not anymore golf Galaxy lost a loyal customer I’m going to golf guys from here on out!!!!!
