Goodwill is an amazing store with many new items along with donated treasures. Customers love visiting and always find good bargains and multiple treasures, from hand crocheted blankets to books and quality bedding. The store is nice and tidy. However, some note a small selection of items like shirts. A significant criticism is that there is often only one person running the register, creating very long lines while other employees do not help. Despite this, many find it their favorite store with super nice staff and great days of thrifting.
Yesterday, every single staff member in the floor and at checkout was incredibly friendly, nice, and helpful. I’ve been to this Goodwill several times but this was the first time I felt very welcomed. While the prices were a bit high, I appreciate the 20% teacher discount!

Good stuff good goodwill. EXCEPT they have ONLY one person running the register. There are 50 people in line and two employees that have stood there talking for over 20 min. We asked 2 workers to plz help on the register and they would not. Come on people. Get more people able to use the registers!!!!
