Used the online sign-up. Arrived just a few minutes early and only had to wait a few minutes. Got a really good haircut and was totally pleased with the entire experience.

Worst haircut I’ve ever gotten!! I don’t think she had any clue what she was doing. I worked as a cosmologist for many years and I knew with her first cut on my hair she had no idea what she was doing. I would stay far away from this Great Clips!!

Associate did not listen! Cut my son's hair way to short, not as instructedThe tip suggestions at checkout are.getting ridiculous! For a $18 haircut their suggestions are.$5, $7 and $10 which is over 50%!

Was able to get on the waiting list remotely with 45 minute wait time. Arrived with 20 minutes remaining and was taken in within 10 minutes. Had hair cut and wash. Very pleased with result.

The ladies that work there already know me and my son by name and what we like. The employees are very cordial and professional. Using the app to schedule the appointment is a big plus. Highly recommend for regular haircuts.

I asked for a medium skin fade and the blonde older barber just cut all my hair off. Would not recommend if you’re looking for a fade. She just cut it all off with no regards and cuts deals for others
