The Summer Camp of 2023 is truly fantastic! It seems that there's a lack of reviews from parents whose children enjoyed the camp, like my son who had an amazing time and wanted to extend his stay. He not only found the activities captivating and interactive, but he also praised the friendly staff. We're certainly planning to return next year. A special shout-out to Ms. Daniele and Mr. Brandon, who were absolutely wonderful. We're grateful for creating such a memorable experience for my child.

Summer Camp at Naples YMCA is AWFUL (as of 6/2023). My kid HATED it, every morning they would BEG me not to take them. Every parent I’ve spoken to says the same thing. After 5 weeks, we took them out (no refund) of YMCA and we signed up with Whizkids instead, which they like! I recommend Gymnastics World as well. Note: The Naples Performing Arts Center (acting, located in main YMCA building’s west wing) is good, howver. Also the Y in Bonita is great.

Horrible they treat you like a dog . If you go , you gonna explode of anger . The teachers are so boring , they looks goods , but they are real evils . And they are so bad , in my opinion ? I don't want back there even if someone give me 100000000 dollars to go

Several reasons why I enjoy being a member of the YMCA. I do not have children, so cannot comment on any of those programs or activities. I appreciate the clean facility, friendly staff, huge variety of group fitness classes and all they do for the community. I did not realize everything that they are involved in and where they contribute and spend their time until I checked out their website. I don't live near Marco Island, but it's a perk that your membership is good at both locations.

The youth sports director Mr. Keith is an incompetent moron. His direct mismanagement of the youth program led to upset parents of numerous teams. Mr. Keith did not provide adequate supervision of the league referees. This hands-off approach led to sudden rule changes and frustrated kids trying to learn a game. Mr. Keith showed up at the end of the season and was a complete coward and attempted to rein in this dumpster fire of a program. I strongly discourage any parents looking to enroll their children in youth sports programs at this location from doing so. It is best to find another league or establishment.I would also further discourage people from supporting this facility with monetary funds.

hold on your to wallets tight! they only care out making a quick buck off of you. they don't care about reciprocity bwtween other gyms, just how they can make money off of you easily. i have a heart disability and its managed well but they demanded to see my proof of income, not proof of my ability from a doctor. the y used to be a place where any one could go, not its snob city.

After checking out gyms in the area someone told me to check out the Y and I was pleasantly surprised. It's CLEAN full of LIGHT and not dark and dingy at all. This specific location is privately owned so perhaps that's why the stark difference from other Y's I've been to in the past. It also offers a little bit of everything - from children to adults. Classes are offered almost hourly and the gym equipment is in great condition. The staff and instructors are all very friendly and professional.

I was trying to get swimming lessons at the ymca and the first day I got there the instructor did not even know what was happening even though I payed and scheduled the whole thing. Then I had to cancel two appointments because I had the flu and yes it’s inconvenient but it happens and she threatened to charge me for canceling when she never said that initially and wasn’t even prepared in the first place. Now after I made appointments for the upcoming week and she confirmed them she just goes on vacation without letting Me know and I get there and she is no where to be seen. Just don’t take the swimming lessons there everything else seems okay.

Our family has been involved with the YMCA in Naples for 13 years now. Our children have been there starting with the child care program as infants to now being fully involved in the sports programs year around. It's a wonderful, caring and well equipped YMCA. The low ratings shown on YELP on not indicative of the quality of the place, programs and people!

Horrible summer camp. They have a no refund policy but pick and chose who gets a refund when you take your child out of their terrible camp. That's discrimination and just wrong. Bad business directors and counselors change often...wonder why. Stay away zero stars. Will never step foot in this place again.

I've been going to the Y for the last 3 years this place has gotten worse over time. Not worth the money if you're coming to solely use the gym. They've yet to make any real upgrades in the last few years. You could make a home gym better than this place. There are better gyms in Naples for the same price or less. The facilities and bathrooms are always dirty. Most of the machines upstairs have their padding torn or worn down. No real areas delegated to lifting (one squat rack). Half of the treadmills you can't use apparently because of covid, but regulations have since been relaxed but choose to keep them that way.f you want to do group classes or put your kids in daycare this is the right place because that's the only aspect they actually care for. Take your money elsewhere

The facility is great and clean but the staff is sooo rude, they have written in their face they DO NOT CARE for your children. The teachers are so inexperienced, untrained. I am looking for different school for my kids. My kids when come at home fight with each other, pushing each other, and Im guessing they teach nothing them in there. They just focuss on play.
