And the people working there push to sell but ignore when it looks like you have a return; skipped by someone with a purchase when obviously standing there in line waiting to return something…

Beautifully appointed store with an eclectic selection of apparel and unique in store finds. It's definitely worth a visit if you're in the downtown Naples area.

I adore Gretchen Scott and was elated to discover the Naples location! I have been to the Charleston location and it was wonderful to step in the store and be greeted with the beautiful colors, prints and styles again. They’ve now started adding pockets to some of their other dress designs which makes them even better! I added another vibrantly patterned dress to my collection today and I absolutely love it. The associate was incredibly kind and I sipped on a mimosa while I shopped. It was also wonderful there’s a dedicated seating area for the non-shoppers to relax, as well.

I shopped this store before COVID and purchased 8 beautiful dresses...So sad to see this store of Gretchen Scott clothing have absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!I was there this afternoon around 3:00...Perhaps teach your employees to say a nice hello when a customer comes into the store, ask if they need any help...but sadly no one approached me to say anything...there was one other customer in the store...and they could not be bothered!! I won't be back! I can spend my money elsewhere!! Good luck staying in business...you'll need it!!

What a fun boutique with a great selection of quality dresses! Salesperson, Mod, was super helpful and delightful in helping me find that right dress. Great vibe and will certainly be back.

I recommend that all my friends and work colleagues visit this store, I originally live in greenwich, CT but i come to Naples every summer for a month at a time. I always visit my girls at Gretchen Scott a few times a year! I've become friends with some of the ladies at the shop, overall it's a BEAUTIFUL store.. with great great energy. All of my friends wear their clothes to the golf clubs!!

This is my favorite store in naples! I'm a buyer and I always make sure to stop in and chat with the sales associates for a little. The design of the store is absolutely stunning as well.

Great selection of dresses. Colors and prints are first class in design to fit your style. My wife loves this place. I can sit here for hours while she tries on everything to her hearts content. If you love bright colors this is the place.
