Iam extremely happy with the work that is being done with are pool it has never been so clear, and clean we have had several people come out but Justin Francisco has done the best so far thank you Justin.

Justin our pool technician is amazing.he keeps us informed ,is knowledgeable and very courteous. Our pool looks amazing.he balances the chemicals perfectly no cloudind,no burning or itching when swimming and crulystal clear water.thank you justin.

Pauline was very helpful .Problem was scheduled originally dated for Wednesday. I confirmed on Tuesday that technician will be there on Wednesday. I called again Wednesday at 2 pm ,and scheduling office said still will show Unfortunately no show on Wednesday. The Technician Michael arrive Thursday morning at 8:25 am Michael was fabulous explained my problem was lack of Freon.Unfortunately Groves as unable to handle. Michael was great he gave me name of Speedy Air . Also your office told told Michael ,I will get discount since referral was Groves . When I spoke to Speedy they had no knowledge of any discount, which was embarrassingPauline and Michael were greatScheduled area not helpful and lack any concern about getting date messed up.

I just started using the service as I just recently bought the townhome. The prior owner suggested Groves. They have been very attentive. If reminded, I’d be happy to review again in the future to rate the service.

We were given Groves as a Pentair warranty business that services heater. My husband set up first appointment on the 8th of November for Tuesday the 14th, never showed, never called. He called Wednesday was told the appointment was moved to Friday the 17th. When he called on Friday to confirm a time we were told between 3-5 (EOD) again never called or showed up. When I called on Monday they said Tuesday the EOD. No show, no call again. I called this morning assuming they ran out of time and again confirmed they would be here today, guess what no show no call. You would think we would have been first on their schedule but nope. There is a phantom scheduler named “Wuni” that my husband was given an email address came back blocked and of course would never take a call. We will be filing a complaint with Pentair. BTW according to your phone system you are recording all calls. May I suggest the owner listens to them.

While I was away and they maintained pool they made a hole in my brand new cage screen. They took full responsibility and had it replaced immediately. They also keep pool well in my absence.

Since the sale of Groves Pool the service has been horrible. Call in for repairs and told it will be 4 weeks before someone can get to me& then the told the person who schedules service will call me back. Waited a week for a call from that person before I called them. Called on a Monday got scheduled for Friday. No one showed up so I called at the end of the day and was told I’ve been rescheduled for Monday only they couldn’t tell me the time! Still waiting! I’m not satisfied!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Horrible experience, they bought Healthy Pool and destroyed the company. My pool turned green, they don’t return calls. Fired them today and got a new company.Service: Cleaning

Do not use this company!1. impassable to reach on the phone,2. Service technicians do not report problems or can not communicate in English,3. Do not warrant their workmanship,We bought the house with a pool in the end of March of 2023, the previous home owner mention that he has GroveS Pool Service and that we might want to switch service, after talking to their manager who told us that they are very responsive to any needs, we discover that they provide a sub par service.we are pool owner in a northern state ad we have never encounter a service so bad as Groves Pool Service.

My monthly bill just increased by $30.00 with no notification and my pool worker changed to Tuesday from Thursday but he showed up on Wednesday. If it aint broke don't fix it!!!

Very impressed with the service that was provided to get our pool nice and blue again with no Algae her grandson was here for 2 days and had a great time in the pool and Pauline was a great getting all the people together to make the pool look beautiful
