Compliment voor het fujiyama restaurant. De kok kwam aan tafel koken en had veel humor. Heerlijk gegeten echt een aanrader.De kamer is groot genoeg voor 2 personen.geen roomservice alleen als je er zelf om vraagt. Je kunt handdoeken wisselen bij de receptie en daar ook handdoeken halen voor bij het zwembad. Zwembad erg gezellig met muziek.Kamer was netjes. Niks overdreven luxe.Koffiezetapparaat en koelkast aanwezig en magnetron.Ontbijt viel erg tegen; weinig keuze op de foto is het mooier dan het in werkelijkheid is. Tafels werden niet gelijk schoongemaakt?Verder prima hotel.Rooms: Nette kamer.Ruim genoeg voor 2 personen.Koelkast en magnetron en koffie aanwezig.Kleine badkamer.Food & drinks: Eten bij fujiyama was erg gezellig en heerlijk gegeten.Ontbijt was minder. Erg sober.Tafels waren niet schoon.

I stayed here with a friend for a weekend soccer tournament and the room was just okay, good enough for a quick stay. The lobby area was clean and well kept and checking is was quick and painless.The pool area was well kept, clean and easily accessible from any area at the resort. We did not get to eat at the indoor restaurant, but did take a quick bite at the outdoor bar/grill and watched a football game. The atmosphere was upbeat and the servers were very friendly and quickly took our orders and touched the table a few times.

You always read horror stories about bugs in the room and on the beds, but experiencing it is different. Mortifying actually, to know all of your belongings are in the room that is crawling with bugs. I was checked in for 6 hours. Left right away.Upon heading over to the front desk to let the receptionist know, I was met with a giant sigh instead of an apology. (I know this isn’t her fault, but at least show some sympathy for your customer) I asked for a receipt for proof of my stay. I was denied.The receptionist said she would let her manager know of the issue.Expedia has tried for two days now to get approval for my refund. Manager is nowhere to be found.Rooms: Dirty. Run down. Unkept.

WhAt a great place to stay room isVery clean staff is very friendly 3 restaurants and breakfast served daily reminded me of Margaritaville at tiki bar nice pool would definitely be back!!

I booked a room a year ago for a first floor room, due to my limitations, I drove 2 hours and they said only second floor,so I won't be coming backWalkability: No elevators , they need to put in elevators or accommodate first floor bookings

I group of us came over for the weekend. It is very quaint. I loved the tiki bar. Dj on Saturday afternoon at the pool. We danced and made a lot of new friendly people. We went to fugiama on Saturday night, the chefs were great and very entertaining. Our waitress Laura was great. We decided to stay on Sunday and it was even better. The pool was all ours and a few other people. We went to the Italian Restaurant and the food was great. Tammy was a great barmaid/server. Anything we needed was there for us just like that. We will definitely be visiting with you again. Thank you all for such great service, from the maintenance man, to the bartenders, the chef, and our wonderful waitress.

This place is absolutely filthy the room had roaches and spiders crawling all over the bed and towels. Please do yourself a favor and don’t stay here.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the recent experience my family and I had at your property. For over 30 years, we have been loyal guests, considering it our second home. However, regrettably, our visit this past weekend marked the end of an era, as we have decided it will be our final stay.Our longstanding relationship with your establishment has been tarnished by the unprofessional conduct of the hotel owner and the deplorable treatment we received. I feel compelled to share the entire sequence of events, as I believe it is essential for everyone to understand the extent of the disservice we encountered.To celebrate my birthday, we reserved 15 rooms, as we have done for numerous years. Saturday was meant to be a joyous occasion, with our family eagerly looking forward to a relaxing pool day, basking in the sun, and indulging in refreshments from Harolds Place. Two tables adjacent to the pool were accompanied by our group, and throughout the day, we consistently ordered food and drinks.During the festivities, a family member handed me a gift--a bottle in a bag--as I was placing it safely in my stroller beneath my diaper bag. Unexpectedly, the owner stormed over, furious, proclaiming that glass was prohibited on the pool deck and demanded its immediate removal. I promptly apologized and agreed to comply. However, due to my responsibilities as a new mother, I momentarily forgot about the bottle's presence, intending to relocate it to my room once my infant son woke up. Admittedly, this was an oversight on my part.Shortly thereafter, I was astounded to find the owner rummaging through my stroller, removing the bottle from the bag. I approached him to inquire about his actions, only to be met with a belligerent tirade. His breath reeked of alcohol, and he aggressively shouted in my face, emphasizing his previous instruction to remove the bottle. It is important to note that he had been drinking at the bar since 11 a.m. As I attempted to calmly engage in a conversation, expressing my sincere apology and explaining that my son was sleeping in my room, he callously retorted, "I don't give a fk about your son, and that's your fking problem." My son is a mere 8 months old, and it was evident that the owner was intoxicated. Reasoning with him was futile; his incessant shouting left no room for dialogue. Subsequently, he phoned the police, insisting on our expulsion. The responding officers, while sympathetic and understanding of our innocence, were unable to intervene due to his status as the owner.Hoping for a mature conversation and another opportunity to apologize, I requested that the owner speak to me directly. Nevertheless, he adamantly refused any interaction and instructed the police accordingly. Grateful for the police officers' understanding, we were permitted to remain on the premises. In fact, we continued to support your establishment by ordering drinks and food from Harolds Place. However, an hour later, our server approached us, visibly shaken and in tears, as she delivered our bills. The owner had abruptly reversed his decision, forbidding us from ordering anything further. It was disheartening to witness such behavior from someone who lacked the courage to face us personally, instead sending a young server to deliver the news, all while he remained seated at the bar, consumed by his own alcoholic indulgence.To our surprise, this prohibition extended beyond Harolds Place; we were forbidden from consuming or ordering any food on the premises, a decision that undoubtedly impacted your revenue. The incident that occurred over a simple mistake was both bewildering and absurd. Despite my continuous apologies, the hotel owner's behavior was unacceptable. Several staff members from Harolds Place approached us to express their apologies, revealing that this type of behavior is not an isolated incident. I have been going there several times, over several years. I have also recommended this place to many of my friends. My girlfriends and I were going to go for Labor Day not then and never .I will never recommend this place againOwner rude, don't know how to treat guest staying there. As others have said he caters to the locals drinking at the bar and Drinking with them. I believe he is racist he pick on our party, I was with family and friends, one of my family members happen to be black and he was targeted a few times. We were celebrating my daughters birthday. She received a bottle in a bag as a gift and placed the bag under the carriage.The baby was sleeping in room. Owner told her to remove the bottle she said ok. She was waiting for baby to wake up. When he saw it was there he went through her carriage she tried to apologizing and explain.He proceeded to call police. We explained what happened to the officers and my daughter told them she tried saying sorry to owner but he did not want to hear it. Police told owner that she would like to explain with police there and he declined.We spent a lot of money in his restaurant/bar then he decided we could not order any more. We tried to eat at Italian restaurant not sure if he is owner I don't think so . We were told by employee there he was instructed not to accommodate us.We ordered pizza from a local place.One of the rooms had bugs in the bed.I feel sorry for owners of the apartmentsBecause his best interest is not for them it's about the bar and the locals

where do I even begin? If I could give this place zero stars I would. This is my second stay here. I stayed in 2018 and it was questionable then today I came and stayed with a group of people for a birthday party and the owner was screaming at us drunk as a skunk at 1:00 in the afternoon we got back to our room and there was roaches and spiders crawling on our bed and all over the towels after we showered please don't come here this establishment is unkept and in need of proper management. I felt unsafe with the amount of people living there out of the rooms following us to the pool etc ..

I have never in my life experienced bugs in a hotel room until today. Unacceptable & disgusting.
