Had a facial with Alessia, and she's who you want to request. She was a sweetheart and made sure I was completely comfortable. The face/lymphatic massage was the best part. She made me so relaxed and eased my mind of stress. I wouldn't bother to go to this location unless it was for an appointment with her.

My son got a massage over the weekend after his baseball game, best massage ever. All sore, hurt areas were addressed he left as a new kid, ready for more baseball.

The massage therapist was very nice and personable, however, pillows didn’t even have pillowcases on them so it was plastic material. My husband got a massage as well and stated the massage therapist didn’t listen to areas that needed therapy and the pressure was too much in sensitive places regardless of his requests to ease up on certain areas and more pressure in others. We ended up feeling worse than when we came in. Husband had a migraine after.Sorry to say, but pretty poor experience.

Fabulous therapeutic deep tissue massage in a lovely a setting of the Mercado- Naples! Easy access from Pelican Bay.If I had a location near me up north, it would be a no-brainier to get a monthly membership. 10/10 Definite Recommend!

I have been working the Front Desk at Hand and Stone in Mercato for almost two years now ( a Peaceful, Beautiful and Clean location) and This is in response to a Mr. Martin Olichwier who posted 4 days ago... I was the first S.A. who answered your call. After 5 minutes of you screaming at me (and not just "talking loud" as you stated) I did have to hang up as anyone would have. You would NOT listen to me explain why we need a credit card to book an appt and could not use your Giftcard number to book with our system and you were being extremely Rude and Mean to me on the phone. The customer at the counter could hear you clearly and told me to hang up. When you called back and spoke to my manager who tried patiently and professionally to explain and reason with you, there was no reasoning. We have hundreds of Wonderful, Happy customers come and go weekly here, and use our booking system with no complaints as we try our best to accommodate everyone's needs Politely and Professionally.

Managers today have no clue ABOUT what customer service is.I got a gift card from (hand and stone) for Christmas, so I went to book but could not get an appointment because they want my credit card number.Called to complain that it is a gift card and a One time use and told me sorry cannot honor the gift card Without a credit card number. They hung up on me Three times in mid sentence. (They said I was talking to loud- I stated I just talk loud over phone- what did they do-CLICK they hung up on me).I asked if I could get a refund on card they said nope non refundable.No solution reached. I have a gift card I cannot use.So sad...please stay way from this place go somewhere else these people are rude and cannot even use good reasoning to solve a simple problem.Martin
